Jiffy is always fast with my orders and their customer service is really good! When I was filling out my tax exempt form, I mistakenly put the sign date as 1999. They emailed me kindly about the error and showed a lot of patience. I told them I was with my kid when filling it out and I put my birth year by accident instead of 2024. The guy helping me was very nice. At first, I felt a bit awkward about the mistake but he made me smile. They pay close attention and really care about their customers, and that’s why I like them!
