I've been with Henry for about 8 months now, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer. Dr. S J-S in Texas is absolutely wonderful, always kind and helpful. The email support team is super quick to respond, making the whole experience so smooth. Before Henry, I dealt with another testing company, but they were nowhere near as efficient (won't name names to be fair). The Henry folks really know what they're doing, and it shows. I'm genuinely happy with their service and feel much more at ease with my testing needs. 😎

I can’t believe how smooth and quick everything went! I filled out a health questionnaire online and within just three days, had a phone chat with a nurse, and this was over Christmas weekend too. After our talk, I got the thumbs up for weight loss medication in just a day. Then, in another 24 hours, my prescription was on its way. And get this – I had the prescription in my hands in only 6 days, even though it was Christmas and New Year’s week! I’m just so impressed with the speed and ease of the whole process.

The quality of service from Henry Meds has been below what I expect from a good company. I've had a hard time getting things sorted when dealing with them. The way they handle everything is not great, and it's taken longer than I hoped for my treatment to ship. Answers to my questions take too long, and I must say again, Henry Meds doesn't seem to have their process figured out. You might want to consider other options for your TRT needs.

I wasn’t dropping as much weight as I thought I would, but they suggested a 20cc dose increase with a small extra charge. I recently had an appointment and it was surprisingly quick and efficient. She was very nice and caring. I would surely suggest her, I went in thinking nobody would understand my health problems since I’m at the gym 5 to 6 days weekly.
