    I've been dealing with Headway

    I've been dealing with Headway for my daughter's psychiatric appointments, and it's been a mess. We kept running into issues with getting her prescriptions refilled and scheduling appointments. The final straw was when we updated our insurance info on their portal, and they still canceled her appointment. They told us to reschedule in a month, but now she's out of all her meds. We're in a panic trying to find a new provider quickly. It's been really stressful and frustrating dealing with all these hurdles just to get her the care she needs.

    I had a similar frustrating experience with this company. I texted to cancel my appointment because of a work conflict, using the same number they used to confirm it. But they still hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. When I showed them the screenshot of my text, they just kept arguing about the charge. In the end, I decided to cancel my membership. They clearly don't care about their customers, and there are many other places to book therapy appointments without this hassle. Definitely not recommending them to anyone.

    I’ve been using my insurance

    I’ve been using my insurance for over a year without any issues, paying $25 per visit. But then my husband added me to his insurance, so I had double coverage. Suddenly, I get charged again by Headway, but this time based on the secondary insurance, which cost five times more! They retroactively applied the charges, and it feels like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of me. This can't be right; it feels like theft and maybe even fraud. Really disappointed and frustrated with this situation.

    I recently had a rough time with this company's customer service. You can only reach out via a contact form, and it takes forever for them to reply, like way more than 48 hours. When they finally get back to you, the answers are half-baked, and it feels like they just want to tick off a checklist. Then, you gotta start all over again with a new request. There's no option to email back your response; it's back to square one with a new claim. The whole process is super frustrating and time-consuming.

    Considering my experience with Headway, it took a disappointing turn when they insisted on having my bank account username and password during the provider onboarding. When I suggested providing just the routing number for deposits, my communication was abruptly cut off. Despite multiple follow-up emails, there was no response. Insisting on sensitive login details raised serious concerns about scam security practices. It prompted me to withdraw from any further association with the company.

    I had a terrible experience

    I had a terrible experience with this company. When someone hit my car from behind, I called them immediately and sent all the necessary evidence. Trying to reach them on the phone was a nightmare, though. After finally getting through, I thought things were sorted. But nope, the next week I got an email out of nowhere saying they were dropping my insurance. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. If you value decent customer service, avoid this company. It’s just not worth the hassle.

    Man, I used to be a huge fan of Headway. Been with them for nearly a year, and it was all good in the beginning. But now? Their customer service is just awful. There's no number to call, so you have to submit a ticket. And then you wait... and wait. It takes like 2-3 weeks just to get a response, and even then, no real solution. It's super frustrating. If you value your sanity, seriously, just avoid Headway. Not worth the headache.

    I had an appointment with Rena Miller, arranged everything around it, even left work early. But she never called. I waited, emailed her after 5 minutes, no answer. Then I tried to call Headway, no luck there either. Emailed them too, took them forever to get back, and when they finally did, they had nothing helpful to say and acted like it was my fault. Felt really strange and very unprofessional.

    I can't believe what happened

    I can't believe what happened with my mom's credit card. She's 88, and somehow this company started charging her card repeatedly without her knowledge. I tried to contact their customer service, but it’s like they don’t exist. No one answers, and we’re stuck with these charges popping up every few days. It feels so shady and dishonest. Beware, don't get involved with this company!

    The company allows you

    The company allows you to make appointments even when the provider is not available, and this has happened twice. The provider mentioned that she checks messages when she has a chance. I do not recommend Andrecia Spaulding. I sent an email to the support team on 11/14/2023 but have not received a response back.
