    The red and green 575 are awesome. I'm in Virginia, but they make me think of New Mexico. I've used them on eggs, burgers, pizza, and tamales. I like green a bit more, but it changes with my mood.

    The company left me cold when my order arrived, despite paying for overnight delivery. The rellenos were frosty after hitting the freezer, and the chimichangas were no better than cheap frozen alternatives. The fillings were lacking, making the tortillas the main flavor. The rellenos had an excess of breading. Given the cost, I found the overall experience quite dissatisfying.

    In a few words... my Hatch Chile Rellanos were sent from Edision, New Jersey, The Hatch Chile Store east coast warehouse, and got here 7 days after, all thawed. Even McGinn's Pistachios in Alamogordo, NM ship their stuff 2nd day. Nonetheless, Daniel from The Hatch Chile Store fixed it by giving credit, which included the fee I had to pay for their insurance. Funny how they charge the customer for their insurance!!!! For a small family-owned/run business, with warehouses in New Jersey and California, y'all do things different.

    The red chile lacks the true essence of chile; it resembles more of a tomato sauce. The tamales disappoint with their minimal meat content and diminutive size. Despite the expenditure, none of the acquired items truly capture the authenticity of New Mexico cuisine. As a native New Mexican, I find the taste does not align with my expectations and knowledge of genuine flavors.

    I was let down by the quality this time.

    I was let down by the quality this time. The chiles were much smaller than expected. I had planned to use them for rellanos but they were just too small to do anything with. Very unhappy with this purchase!
