Heidi was really good at helping us find new
Heidi was really good at helping us find new Medicare supplement plans. She knew a lot and was super nice. She found other plans fast to compare with our current one from UHC. We wanted to save money but still have good coverage. Switching from Plan F to Plan G was a good idea and saves us nearly $2,000 each year. Heidi helped us apply and followed up to make sure we got approved. Good job!

I've been with Go Medigap for
I've been with Go Medigap for about 9 years now. Recently, I found my insurance rate was getting higher, so I decided to explore other options. The agent helped me find a company with a cheaper rate, and I initially chose Plan N over Plan G. However, I changed my mind overnight and wanted to switch back to Plan G. When I called the next day and talked to the same agent, I was told I needed approval from their supervisor for the change. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up after that. The insurer wouldn't switch me back to Plan G, so I had to turn to Go Medigap for assistance. Despite reaching out, there was no follow-up from them either. After waiting for several days, I decided to switch to another broker.

Leaving my current employer wth health coverage was nt easy. Evrything was there for me. If I had a problem or my prescription was not filled I would go to Employee Benefits, they would make a simple phone call and my problem(s) were gone. I'm thankful that there are understanding people at FIDELCARE. A simple phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem.

I've been with GoMedigap for 9 years. My insurance cost went up, so I asked for a cheaper option. They found one, but when I changed my mind, they couldn't help without supervisor approval. There was no follow-up. I switched brokers after days of waiting.
