It was a good experience overall. I made two different orders before my trip to Lyon, and they arrived at the delivery point in just one day. The packaging was done well. When I received the items, there were no issues with the tax refund. After I confirmed everything at the airport, I reached out to customer support, and within three days, the tax refund was processed to my credit card.

Enjoy the product (La Plagne 3D mountains), but disappointed as the pictures showed it within a frame, which wasn't part of the package. I'm sure there might be small print mentioning this, but it could be more obvious to prevent others from making the same mistake. Considering there was no frame included, I found it pricey at £50 for the picture and £20 for postage.

Es sind jetzt 10 Tage vergangen und die Sendungsverfolgung zeigt immer noch, dass der Kurier (Evri) auf die Lieferung wartet, sie sie aber noch nicht haben. Abgesehen davon war alles andere gut. Die Bestellung war einfach und der Kundenservice war schnell und hilfsbereit.

sent a pair of ski boots back under… sent a pair of ski boots back under warranty, they failed to tell us to put 3 copies of the invoice on the outside of the package , the parcel was to be returned to us by ups but followed the tracking number everyday until it turned out the parcel had been left unattended on the front of our house 10 days previous. glisshop now gone aloof and saying they are trying to get ups to agree a claim etc, no customer service no thoughts about me not having any boots to go skiing with , this company is a joke , court proceedings to follow

Despite numerous emails and calls detailing my inability to access the site, their sole suggestion is to go online – an irony lost on them. Three days wasted, no resolution in sight. Returning an erroneously sent item seems impossible, raising suspicions about their customer-unfriendly approach. Steer clear of Glisshop to save yourself from this exasperating ordeal.

Never again odering with Glisshop! Cannot delivery in time!

Cannot meet advertised delivery times I ordered a snowboard and it was advertised on the website that delivery would definitely take place by December 18th. My board should have been delivered by December 12th. Now I find out that they are having delivery problems and will NOT deliver it before Christmas AT ALL. Would never order from this company again.

Scammers, do not buy anything from them

Scammers, I made an order nr. 2810242065**** from 28/10/2024. Still not received. A couple of weeks ago, I asked them for a refund and cancel my order. Since that time they do not reply to my emails. Do not recommend to buy from this shop. Stay away from this shop. Cheap people. Shame on you.

I haven't got my order yet, and there's been no communication about it. It's coming too late, and I might have to send it back, if it shows up at all. If you can't deliver on time, maybe don't advertise in the UK.
