Perfect scam business

I confirmed the ticket with payment details but just booked only and got a call the next morning to purchase an alternate travel date with an additional price. I just asked to cancel the ticket, but she said it's non-refundable. I hope to get my money back from my credit card as they denied the requested service. I wasted my time and energy. I don't recommend anyone to fall into their trap.

Didn’t receive a confirmation of purchase After calling them I was informed seats and luggage were not included in the price to call the airline, and when I did they have nothing with my name, date or anything to let me know I was traveling in a week. There was no trace in my credit card what made it even more suspicious. Please find other agency to flight with

SCAM /STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

SAMMERS, RUDE ,DISHONEST. You book a reservation.You get itinerary and you think everything is good but that it is not the case. You get call that the discounted rate it is not available. Then they try to charge you extra ($150.00-$250) extra to change you ticket to a higher price accommodation.When you try to cancel it they tell it is non refundable ticket. YOU SEE THIER GIMMICKS.

You should be ashamed of your selves, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.. The flight was only fifty dollars cheaper then the airline ... then you claim no carry on and not a real confirmed ticket .... What the hell are you trying to pull I will contact the better business bureau and inform them of your tactics . Also my credit card company has already been contacted and my account is frozen

I had the same experience as many others on this site. I was told we cannot even pay to check a bag unless we upgrade. What is the point of getting a discounted ticket then? I fly a lot; this is not something I have ever encountered. Agent on the phone used pushy salesman tactics and did not speak English very well. Calling my credit card company to dispute fraudulent charges.

Terrible.

The ticket I bought was misrepresented and turned out to be a standby ticket. No cancellation option. When talking to them, any sound that you make is considered agreement to whatever they just said and non-negotiable. In the end I am overpaying for a less desirable trip. Tough lesson for me, I will not use this company again and wish I had not found them in the first place.

Run away from this guys. This website is a FRAUD. They advertise low prices, take your money and then call you back telling you the ticket you bought is standby ticket and you may not get to go on your scheduled time and date. They’ll then try to sell you an expensive upgrade. They’ll tell you, you’re stuck because you should have read the fine prints. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD

Bought my ticket, and just a few minutes later I got a call saying that flight was sold out and I needed to pay an extra $300.00 to keep my reservation, so I paid it , I got to the airport yesterday and they said I cant board the plane cause it shows it was a fradulent charge. Here I am, trying to get my refund and none seems to be able to help. Terrible, hate this!

They are scammers. After having booked airline tickets with them and having paid, they call you to tell you that there are no seats available and that they must increase your price. Even so, and increasing the price, I still have not received my airline tickets. Every time you call on the phone they tell you something different. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. AUTHENTIC SCAM.

Bait n switch

I booked a flight from NY to Atlanta. They called me and hour later to tell me that the "promotional" return flight had no more of thecseat available and if I wanted that flight my seat would be an extra 80 dollars plus fee n tax. Btw no where in the flight booking did it say it was a promotional. I was forced to book a new flight at a 5 am. for 80 more per "paul".

They will not issue a refund and will force you to buy another ticket + a fee. If you try to keep your original ticket, they will not issue it to you until 24 hours before the flight, but only if there's still room on the flight. Also, they insist you can't bring ANY personal belongings on the plane and you can't pay for them with the airline either. Crazy scam.

Scam-unbelievable

I booked for a flight to and from. They said they would call back within a half hour. That did not happen. They told me of the restrictions that would apply and I agreed to that and then came the switch. I’m so sorry we can’t get you the flight back unless you pay more. $400 more. Unbelievable! No refund, the manager was no help. Worst experience of all.

BOOKING OPTIONS NOT CLEAR

I booked a flight with Foggyfly seeing their rate. I booked I saw that it was not refundable that's ok. After I paid, they said that I can only have my wallet and cellphone with me. I told them that I've read everything and that one is not mentioned. And if you tell them to cancel, they said that it's not refundable. This is like stealing at its finest.

Scam Alert. These people from India are scammers. Be careful of your transaction, or do not transact your trip here. They will give you a confirmed flight, and you will be surprised by the time you've been able to come. You're NOT CONFIRMED. They will ask you for additional money to fix it. I have all the evidence to confirm how bad theses people are.

They took my money and didn't give me any tickets. It's robbery! They claim the ticket is standby, and I have to pay more to secure a ticket, more for luggage, more, more, more... They are liars and I am taking it to the Better Business Bureau and to court if I have to! It's not just about the money, it's the principle! They should be shut down!!!

FOGGYFLY, is a scam company they quote a price and it's three times more expensive the agent named Jose, was not helpful at all. the price for a flight for a week to S. A was listed for$500 and I ended up paying $1,200. this shady business almost all of them are from India. I hope the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, get involved. 0 stars>

Terrible Service

their service is terrible do not book any flights with this company, they have one price online and then they call you and they give you a totally different price and Cristina tries to sell you an expensive ticket because she keeps saying there's no flight for that price, please do not book any flights with them do not waste your time and money.

We booked tickets from spokane to reno, round trip. Got a call the next morning, telling us we needed to pay another $280 to take bags with us. Told them bullshit. They then told us we could t blackout. It was nonrefundable. Called and canceled credit card, with a scam alert Then contacted the federal trade commission. And turned them in

This company is a scam! They post one price online but then give you a "confirmation" call and tell you that they cannot book at that price for the dates requested. When you fail to confirm the dates they give you they tell you the flight can be canceled but not refunded because it was a promotional deal (it says this nowhere on the site).

AVOID this company. They are SCAM. Integrity and Trust is ZERO!!!

My subject says it all. Please avoid this company. They will take your money claiming they have booked your ticket. Rather, they did not do anything. They will send you an email as confirmation, but the email will have NO ticket number or confirmation number. I just had to pay United for a new ticket for my son going back to school now.

Do not fall into this scam!!

It is a shame there is no option for zero stars!!!They sell a product and then force customers to accept what is available. This practice is illegal, not to mention the false advertising involved, and should be addressed immediately. The company should be audited as soon as possible to prevent further exploitation of customers.

This company routinely promises flights, books then, then comes back 2-3 weeks later explaining that the flight wasn't actually booked and asking you to pay for a non economy flight and adding thousands of dollars. NO one speaks clear English. This company is fraudulent and misleading in every way.

with in minutes after i entered personnel info and credit card info and paid for 3 tickets they called me asking for $330 more or change my travel dates. I asked them then to cancel my reservation and they rudely respond that i will loose all my money. Now i understand why they have 1 srar rating.

I scheduled some flights online and a few minutes later they called me saying that the return flight had been cancelled and I had to take a new one but I had to pay more, they wanted to change my itinerary, and there is no option to do it online, everything is done from a call center in India.

Did not get confirmation for return flight, very poor communication, Fogggy wants you to call them. Return flight on a waiting list until last day of return. Google pay detected scam and prevented transaction. Be careful with this kind of booking flight, only go with very well known companies.

Goggly is a scam

I made airline reservation with foggly. They said it is on process. Three hours later, they called me to say that I have to add more money. I said no and told them to cancel the reservation. They refused to cancel and said they have already charged my credit card and is non refund.dable.

This site is a total scam. Flight was advertised as 482.98 and confirmed at that price. Upon booking they then contacted to say the time for that price expired and the only available option is almost double the price. This is an absolute scam!!!! Do not use this site.
