Seriously, it's like they're playing hide and seek with customer service. Zero guidance, and I'm practically begging for updates. Then, the ultimate kicker – a 10-hour flight, and they decide it's cool to keep me separated from my spouse despite me practically waving my hands with requests. Not the flight camaraderie I signed up for, that's for sure. Hoping they get their act together on the next round!
