Great prices for Simpson Strong-Tie foundation epoxies and tools, very quick service, but the box that the epoxies came in looked like a bird sh-t explosion happened inside after one of the ETR epoxy paste containers broke and spread white goo everywhere. Apparently one sheet of crumpled Kraft paper isn't enough padding for these containers...

I gave them a 2 for their quick response to the missed pic product. The first order was incorrect size threaded rods of 1/2" instead of ordered 3/8". Nuts and washer were correct size. They quickly resent at no charge 4 more rods that were again 1/2" wrapped with a printed 3/8" tag. The rod size has been confirmed at the local hardware store. Decided to oversize my project but had to purchase 1/2" nuts & washer that costed $40.00 for I just want to be done with this project! Good service but poor product markings twice.
