I had a problem with changing my order from a size 11
I had a problem with changing my order from a size 11 to a size 10. I was told to make a new order before sending back the first pair. I was incorrectly charged more than the original amount. After reaching out to Customer Service, they quickly refunded the extra cost and gave a full credit for the extra charge. I then got my new pair that fits just right.

Shoes are good.
Shoes are good. My wife usually wears 8.5 in golf shoes but says they are rubbing on her heels. So I wish I would have bought her size 9. Good quality golf shoes though.

Ordered a size 9, but it was too big. Unfortunately, due to it being on sale, there are no returns or exchanges allowed. Expresses disappointment in the absence of half sizes, which seems odd. Appreciates the nice quality of the shoe but is unable to wear it. Hopes to sell it and save up for another pair.
