I grab two boxes of eye drops, and bam, they're about to expire in less than 3 months. Like, seriously? I'm not wearing contacts every day, and by the time these expire, I'll still have a full box untouched. Now they want me to pay for shipping, and my refund is just store credit. It's like they're saying, "Hey, keep buying from us." Totally not cool. Running a company like this? Unacceptable, for real.

The description made it sound like I wouldn't need to boil it every time, but hey, it's still a lifesaver on-the-go when a microwave is nowhere in sight. Got a couple of minor grumbles about other products and general expectations, but let's keep it chill. I'm a newbie to this stuff, after all. Despite the quirks, I'd throw a thumbs-up on these products. Maybe a little more clarity in the descriptions could jazz things up. All in all, pretty great!

I have observed that my dry eyes are much less bothersome now and I use eye drops less often. My current condition is much improved compared to before, and it's enhancing my daily comfort. I’ve been taking the supplements for 14 days.

When I phoned, the customer support heard me out and quickly sorted the issue, which I apprecated. Still, the instrucshuns for using the Tranquil Eye mask could be more clear. They tell you to warm the pucks for 90 seconds, but even at 75 seconds, the green bits puffed up and I had to keep pushing the mesh bag down. Also, there's no mention that you should make sure the pucks stay under water — if they float, they can get overcooked. Not the best begining.

I have been attempting to get dry eye rescue, and each time I place an order, it goes through, but then I receive an email saying my order is canceled. It doesn’t clarify that the reason for the cancellation is because it’s out of stock, and it doesn’t allow me to simply make an order that will be fulfilled once you have more in stock. That is irritating.

It’s posted in their website’s FAQ only, you don’t know this policy before you buy, when you receive their order confirmation. They will not make any exceptions!! Stay away!
