    I tried to buy jeans for $139 online since they didn't have my size in the store. When I added them to my cart, it said I could get 10% off if I applied for a Dillard's card. I applied, but they didn't approve me right away. I called customer service, but they couldn't help me order. When I finally got the card and tried to order, I didn't get the discount. Customer service said I needed to order the day I was approved. Even the manager couldn't help. I have an 850 credit score and asked to close my account if they couldn't help.

    I bought a designer bag from this company

    I bought a designer bag from this company. It arrived in 9 days. FedEx dropped it off, but instead of leaving it by the door, they left it in the middle of the stairs and it was stolen. Since they delivered to the right address, they claim they aren’t liable for the missing item. Now I’m out the purse and the cash.

    Ordered online, got the wrong item. They don't refund or even say sorry for their mistake, so I had to get my bank involved. Customer service is rude, including the manager. Watch out and stay away!
