Disappointing
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed multiple orders and paid in full, only to be told afterward that they were “discount errors.” Instead of honoring the purchases, they canceled and refunded most of my orders and only gave me a half-price discount on one order. Their email even stated that “one person can only enjoy this promotion once,” which feels misleading since nothing about this restriction was clear when I placed my orders. I shouldn’t have to pay first just to be told later that my order isn’t valid because of their mistake. This left me feeling like they don’t value their customers or stand by their pricing. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this company to others.
