    I would like to give five stars to a sales agent Mehdi who was so profesional and gave us great advice while we were looking for home fragrance in the Culti collection.     I bought shoes online.

    I bought shoes online. The box had the right size, but shoes inside were 1/2 size smaller. They don't do online exchanges. I had to return them. Instead of refund, got a store gift card. Asked for refund to card. They said they would void card and refund to card. Waited 1.5 weeks. No credit. Called back. No record of credit or card. Had to make 3 calls. Issue not fixed. Won't shop there again.

However, her demeanor was unprofessional and she responded with snarky chuckles when I raised concerns about bait and switch tactics. Despite explaining my dissatisfaction with her sarcastic tone, I requested the company to honor the sale from their physical stores. Overall, the customer service experience with "Betty S- 183140" was highly disappointing and lacking in professionalism.

    HORRIBLE! I decided to make an online purchase, and they quickly roped me into their "Loyalist" club with the promise of a $25 discount on my first buy. I signed up, only to find out it didn't actually work. I contacted customer service for an explanation, and they told me to wait until tomorrow. Apparently, I could redeem the voucher online or in-store. I visited the Boca Raton store, and surprise, it still didn't work! I called customer service again, and they insisted it would work TOMORROW! What a bunch of deceivers! Won't be setting foot in Bloomingdale's ever again!

To my dismay, another email pushed the delivery to February. This service is disappointing, and I doubt the boots will arrive in time for winter. Bloomingdale's won't have my business again. Now, I'm advised to cancel my order and select an alternative pair. It's disheartening to witness a decline in American customer service standards.

    Attracted by a 15% discount for new buyers, I added a gold chain on sale for $3200 to the cart. But the 15% promo code never came (kept getting notices that the site is under maintenence!!??). Right after the sale ended (and the chain’s price in the cart jumped by $900), the 15% cupon finaly arrived!!. Bllooomingdale (now just like Macy's) is not a reliable or honest seller anymore. Save yourself the trouble and don't shop there.

    Be cautious when buying as a regular customer. Even without using rewards, they'll withhold funds from your returns. I received $74 back instead of $100 twice. Misleading business methods. I won't shop at Bloomingdales again.
