    I ordered what I thought was a set of couples shirts, one for me and one for my partner. Put in the sizes and everything, but only one shirt showed up. Super frustrating since I needed both for our trip soon. They should make it clear in the ad that you need to order each shirt separately. Really messed up my plans. The shirt that did arrive was nice, good quality and all, but still, I was really disappointed. They gotta fix this to avoid confusing other customers.

    I ordered a personalized pillow that was supposed to say "Daisy," but when it finally arrived almost a month later, the name wasn’t even on it. The packaging was a mess too. The pillow was wrapped in plastic so tightly that it left wrinkles all over. You could even see the white fabric peeking through if you bent it a bit. It was a real letdown, especially after waiting so long. Definitely needs some work on both the product quality and shipping process.

    I appreciated the idea of honoring our pets through the purchase, but I'm not a fan of the blanket's quality. It seems a bit too thin considering the cost. The delivery took quite a while – I placed the order on 2/22 and only got it on 3/6. I bought it as a birthday gift for my husband on 3/4, so waiting for it wasn't ideal.

    I ordered a tree ornament on December 1st, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it didn't show up until December 29th, which was a big letdown.     Hey Best Custom, I need some help with an order mix-up. I bought a hat on January 18, 2025, for my friend's 80th birthday on February 9. When the package arrived on February 4, I was bummed to find out it was a 1944 hat instead of the 1945 one I ordered. Could you please send me the correct 1945 hat?     The customer service was terrible

    So I ordered this gift for Valentine’s Day, right? Supposed to be all romantic and perfect, ordered it way in advance. But guess what? No delivery date, nothing.     Ordered this thing way back on Jan 17th and it just arrived last week. Seriously, six weeks? I had to reach out to the company three times just to get any info. The tracking was useless, showed nothing the whole time. I consider myself pretty patient, but waiting six weeks is pushing it.

    This company has been nothing but horrible to work with. I ordered a wind chime as a memorial for my friend. I placed the order 10/29. It is now 11/22 and I still do not have the order. I have been going back and forth with them for WEEKS trying to get an update and now, a refund. They keep telling me it is an issue with the shipping company. Despite the fact the shipping company only shows they reveiced the shipment information and that is it. I asked for a refund on the shipping 11/13 as it had already been much longer than the 2-4 days they state on the site. They agreed on 11/14. Again, it is 11/22 and i still do not have the refund. They keep saying they can't cancel the order and refund the full amount because "the order is in transit" (even though the shipping site still only shows shipment information received), but they will refund the shipping cost. Still no money back what so ever. The literal worst company I've ever worked with. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered and wasted my money.

    I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I ordered something with expedited shipping on December 13 because they promised it would arrive before Christmas. Guess what? It's still not here, and I haven't heard anything from them. They keep saying they're a small company, but that doesn’t really matter if they can’t keep their promises. It’s frustrating because I get tons of emails from them trying to sell me more stuff, but when I try to reach out for an update, there’s radio silence. If you can’t deliver what you promise, at least communicate properly. It feels like they’re more interested in getting more sales than actually taking care of their customers.
