    I decided to give this website a shot and placed my first order, opting to pay extra for fast shipping. I was really looking forward to getting my stuff on time, but when it didn't arrive, I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on. Instead of getting a helpful response, they just directed me back to the generic tracking information. It was really frustrating because I didn't get any clear answers, and I felt like I wasted money on the expedited shipping. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

    I ordered this Christmas tree ornament that was supposed to look like a cute stack of books for my friend who’s a total bookworm. Placed the order mid-November, and it finally showed up in December. When I opened the package, I was so disappointed! The ornament looked nothing like the picture online. The colors were off, and it just seemed cheap and poorly made. No way I’d give this to my friend. The description was totally misleading. If you're thinking about buying it, just know it’s not what you’ll get. Major letdown!

    Wouldn't recommend

    I recently ordered a graduation cap and topper for my big day, and wow, was I disappointed. The picture quality was beyond bad - super grainy, couldn't even make out the details. On top of that, the topper was totally the wrong color and it arrived all bent and wrinkled. Like, who even does that? And to make matters worse, there was this awful smell when I opened the package, like seriously, what gives? It was such a letdown, considering how excited I was for graduation. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

    I bought a picture that looked amazing online, but what I got was such a letdown. Expected something made of quality wood, you know, something that looked like a pro crafted it. Instead, I received this flimsy piece that seriously looked like a DIY project gone wrong. I could've done better myself and saved a ton of money. It’s frustrating because I paid a lot thinking it would be worth it. This just isn't what I signed up for. The picture online was so misleading. Not happy with this purchase at all.

    Looks like a chew toy instead of a pillow!

    I ordered a pet pillow from "Best Custom" for a very good friend that had to put their dog down right after Christmas. The thing looks like my dog's chew toy with 3 limbs sticking out! It's also flat, I could toss it and bet you it would come back! I looked them up on the BBB & found nothing positive! Charged me $6 for "Premium Quality" I did not approve, yet got a blurry picture & a card I didn't get. Only thing I'm being refunded for is the missing card. I even offered to send their chew toy back!

    Don't fall for this company's tricks! I ordered a basic blanket, nothing special, but they promised it would arrive in 7-10 days. I even paid an extra $6 for a so-called "Premium Quality" upgrade, expecting something nice. What I got was a thin sheet with faded print, nothing like what they advertised. And it took almost a month to get here! When I complained and asked for a refund, they wouldn't budge. Total scam. I'm really disappointed and feel cheated. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

    Ordered something as a Christmas gift, but it didn't show up until January 4th! The support was so slow, took a whole day just to get a reply. And the tracking was useless, couldn’t see where my package was at all. Then, when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. Can't believe how frustrating this whole experience was, definitely the worst online shopping I've ever had. Just a mess from start to finish. Never going to use this service again, total disappointment.

    Absolute scam worst customer service and quality I have ever witnessed.

    Follow up to my past 2 reviews. They keep saying to keep an eye out for an email for a refund. They said they would give me a 20% refund for the useless product they sent to me. At this point they can keep my money I’m going to just send you all the receipts of the joke of the customer service and the quality best custom provides which is clearly worth 20% of what you paid and a product that was 3 weeks later than was scheduled for when you paid for fast shipping.

    It’s such a shame

    I was thrilled when I got my custom 3D base photo. It looked so good, just like I wanted. But the delivery, man, that was a mess. I ordered it on December 16, 2024, and even paid extra to get it faster, but it took almost a month to arrive. That really killed the excitement for me. The product itself is fantastic, no doubt, but they really need to sort out their delivery issues. It’s such a shame because the delay made the whole experience less enjoyable.

    I ordered a pet memorial with spaces to add my dog’s collar. The product I received was definitely not what I thought I had ordered. It was much smaller, and allows about 6 inches for the collar. I had a small dog, and this item is unusable. The collar is too large and the holes make it impossible to display without it. They say they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but it’s just smoke. Shipping took over a month.

    I’ve tried emailing twice about my order status, and it's been nearly a month without a tracking number. Each time, they respond with, “Your order is completely proceed. The package was shipped out and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.” I don't get it – how can my order be both "shipped out" and still "awaiting carrier pickup"? And why am I getting the same response every time? This is really frustrating.

    BestCustom.co is a FRAUD site.

    They put FALSE addresses on their page. Their real base is in China. They never give back your money and don’t deliver what you order. The only answer you get is: “please reach out to our support at this email…” but they never fix anything. The phone numbers listed are fake too, so calling them is useless. I wish the FBI would look into this company.
