I bought some clothes for my granddaughter who is in college. We really liked all of them! Since she is plus sized, she used to only wear black because people said it makes her look thinner. I'm always trying to get her to wear more colors. Now, she is starting to enjoy colors and is wearing outfits that she wouldn't have chosen a few months ago.

The Avenue is always on time with my orders. No waiting for 2 months to find out the item isn't coming. Clothes come packed well, so they're safe. But, besides shipping, Avenue offers a lot. When it says "butter soft" for denim, it's really soft. You don't need to wash it many times to wear. Prices are good, especially during sales.

Every time I order from Avenue, I get good stuff at a good price. The sales are good. The sizes are always the same and they fit just right. The ads show what you get. I am plus size and I can always count on a good fit and a good look. Their clothes aren't just bigger, but made to fit my curves. Everything arrives on time. I like the way they do business.

Two items I got are not the right size from what I ordered online. The sizes I received were Small and Medium. I ordered sizes 16 & 18. Sadly, I can’t return them since they’re marked as final sale. I don’t mind not returning items if they’re the correct size. Other items are fine.

Reaching someone through their phone is nearly impossible, with wait times of 35 to 60 minutes, and the automated message keeps directing you to a non-existent live chat on their website. Emails sent to their customer service address often bounce back due to a full mailbox, and if they do go through, don't count on a response as they rarely reply. Orders can sit in fulfillment for 6 to 7 days, and trying to cancel an order is a challenge. Even after an hour on hold, they refuse cancellations. They might promise expedited shipping to get you off the line, only to later inform you via email that it will be sent by standard mail. I will not be dealing with this company again due to their terrible customer service.

The limited coverage of store credit on subsequent purchases adds frustration. I simply want my hard-earned cash back, not store credit. The clothing selection is unappealing, and I deserve the freedom to decide where my money goes.
