The website was simple to navigate, and after entering my travel details, I received a call in less than 5 minutes. I needed flights to Surabaya by late July for a conference. My travel helper, Szable, did extra work to find options that suited my timetable. She was very helpful when I needed to confirm and delay my booking. I'm very pleased with how everything worked out.

I think I received a great offer, even though I PAID EXTRA above the base price. It gave me peace of mind for any issues during my trip, like delayed flights, missing a flight because of sudden sickness or medical problems, or other unexpected situations. Plus, I could change my flights without any fees or fines.

The first two agents didn't do what

The first two agents didn't do what I wanted and tried to make me pay extra. Even though the airline said it was free to change my flight, Jantin from the Reschedule dept helped me without any extra charges. I'm happy with his help and not happy with the other agents. Because of Jantin, I'll use ASAP again.

ASAP TICKETS IS A scam

I purchased a vacation in Cancun MX from Jan 2, 2025 to Jan 7, 2025 on or about Nov 1, 2024. On November 18, 2004 I contacted ASAP Tickets to purchase two ticket round trip and I paid for the followings: 1. Two round trip tickets, non-stop, on united airline. Departing on Jan 2, 2025 and returning on Jan 7. 2. ASSIGNED SEATS FOR TWO PEOPLE ROUND TRIP ON UNITED AIRLINE 3. ISURANCE. I was told by Mr. Octan THE Agent from ASAP TICKETS that I will receive EMAIL CONFIRMATION of the above. When I received the Email from ASAP Tickets: I was shocked because everything was wrong including: 1. Departure date and time, Jan 7, 2025 2. Return date and time, Jan 7, 2025 3. The Departure States: on United Airlines 4. The Return date States: on Spirit Airlines with connection flights and waiting of more that 4 hours in Miami 5. In essence me and my wife will have to leave our home about 4 am on Jan 7, 2025 and return back home by mid night on the same day Jan 7, 2025 6. I will lose the money I paid for my vacation in Canc

ASAP Tickets' initial promise of enticingly low fares turned out to be a frustrating experience. Despite their advertised deals, I encountered non-existent fares during the booking process, and the agents failed to honor them. This leaves me questioning the integrity of ASAP Tickets, as it seems they engage in deceptive advertising practices. The evidence I've gathered makes me contemplate legal action to address this issue.
