Wow! I saw their ad on Facebook. I decided to place the order. Amourprints worked with me and the design, very friendly and very responsive to emails. They sent me a proof and off to print it went. I'm a typical man and waited until the last minute for a birthday gift for my fiancé. This is where amourprints really came through. They made the deadline, and I received the canvas 2 days before her birthday. When I opened the box, it was even better than I thought it would be. I loved it so much I had to give it to her 2 days early. She loved it!!!! I mean she really loved it! I am beyond satisfied not only with the product but the customer service! It's nice to see a company really care and take pride in their product. It is so nice I'm going to have one made for my 17yr old daughter. I am beyond impressed with the quality and design. Thank you amourprints for keeping me out of the dog house!!!!!

The print is absolutely gorgeous, and let me tell you, I was all over the place with size and frame decisions. But Kirstie? She was like a superhero in the customer service game – lightning-speed responses and no pushiness at all. Every email, polite as can be. And get this, they send a preview before locking in the final print. Like, who does that?

I bought a print of our wedding song. Sadly, the package got a little damaged during delivery. I filed a claim and in less than a week, a new print showed up looking perfect. My wife really liked the print, and we happily hung it on our wall. I would for sure buy from a company that supports its products like this one.

An Utter Disappointment

After reading AmourPrints' website, I thought this was the perfect place to order a romantic gift for my partner. I should've been suspicious when their customer service gave me conflicting information on shipping dates. This was a classic bait-and-switch scenario. I received a UPS tracking number that led to nowhere, leaving me to wonder if this was an AmourPrints scam. I emailed them multiple times, and the responses seemed automated and unrelated to my concerns. I hate to use the word "scam" so liberally, but it's hard not to with my experience. There's a real inconsistency between their rosy branding and the actual service you get. Buyer beware: This feels like a scam. 😡👎

Misleading and Frustrating

I am utterly frustrated with AmourPrints. The website makes it seem like they offer the perfect gifts, and it looked so professional that I was sold instantly. Unfortunately, it was all a façade. I ordered a canvas print as a special gift, and not only did it not arrive on time, but I also was given an utterly useless tracking number. It seems to me like an AmourPrints scam. I can't believe a company can operate this way. 😩🚫 The support team was unresponsive, and when they did reply, their emails were unhelpful and irrelevant to my situation. The word "scam" shouldn't be used lightly, but it fits my experience perfectly. Beware of this scam.
