Pharmacy never received prescription, no response from customer serive

Back in October 2024, I used 24hrdoc.com for what I hoped would be quick treatment for a sinus infection. And it was, initially. I didn't fall for the expedited fee, but an hour or so after submitting my info, I received an email notifying me that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. Except it hadn't. The pharmacy had no record of a prescription for me. I reached out to their customer service email multiple times and never received a response. I ended up having to seek care through another provider and work with my bank to get my money back. YMMV but I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Said they would refund. They didn’t!

I booked two appointments with them. One was a sick visit and the other was for the generic Ozempic. Both appointments became a nightmare! They admitted they made a mistake in the sick visit, so they did refund for that appt. For the $309 generic Ozempic, they said they can’t find where I paid. I sent them the receipt THEY sent me when I bought it, and showed it coming out of my account. They said they are sending the issue to management. That was 4 days ago. I haven’t heard back! Don’t trust this company!

Over promise under deliver

Have this upper respiratory or sinus congestion. Contact 24/7 doctors filled out form and payment was taken, oh paid extra to expedite. Their policy is will have it done within 5 hours so hour 5 they contact me and ask how long I’ve been experiencing symptoms, I answered back. Never notified me prescription was called in or what the name of prescription called in, nothing. I emailed and called several times. I contact them at 8 am it’s now 3:30 I have yet to get an answer or medication.

45 mins service is a SCAM!!!

**** Their expedited "priority" service for $15 that alleges a 45 minute prescription is a SCAM. **** DO NOT pay that extra fee!! They DO NOT HONOR IT & then they will refuse to refund that extra fee when they don't meet that 45 minute window. They don't care about your pain, or if your pharmacy is about to close, which is why you needed that priority service. They care about making an EXTRA PROFIT by enticing people in pain to fork over extra money. Shady, shady, shady!

Misleading advertisement

I paid for expedited service which they clearly portray as within 45 minutes apparently however it is 45 minutes to 2 hours wouldn't have wasted my money on the expedited service if this would have been clearly portrayed. Additionally never even saw a doctor just filled out a form. Between the misleading advertisements and lack of not even getting to speak to a human would not recommend

Charged 4 times and no service

On 16 May 2024 suffering severe sinusitis tried to get a prescription for antibiotics. I went on the website. Tried to pay with a credit card. 3 times. Each time stated that the payment had been declined because wrong details. Bank records show tge payments made. Told by online assistance to use another card. Same thing after 1 try. Watch out it's a scam.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF OUT $40. INQUIRED ABOUT MEDICATION AND THEY SENT WRONG MEDS TO PHARMACY! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO FILL OUT ANOTHER FORM which is an additional $40 TO REQUEST MEDICATION. I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I AM WITHOUT MEDS AND $40 PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Disappointed with the delayed prescription

Disappointed with the delayed prescription process. Despite assurance of a confirmation email upon medication call-in, it never arrived. Prescription was only processed after a 26-hour wait, leading to a prolonged ordeal. Opting for a walk-in clinic would have provided quicker relief.

The prescription process was a letdown

The prescription process was a letdown as the doctor failed to complete the paperwork accurately. Despite reaching out to the 24-hour doctor through calls and emails, there was no response. Even suggesting a change in pharmacy yielded no improvement.
