The process was straightforward and something I wish more services would copy. However, I think I might need more medication after my last dose and don't want to pay again for a problem that wasn't fully taken care of. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I used 24hrdoc for tooth infection. I answered the questionnaire completely. There was an option to have an oral rinse prescription with my order. I checked I wanted the oral rinse. Unfortunately, the rinse was NOT provided. I have contacted customer service 3 times since yesterday without the simple courtesy of a response by the company. There are other options for similar services, so I’d suggest you use those instead.

I found the online service somewhat helpful, though I paid an extra $15 for an hour delivery, but it took several hours. My husband, dealing with a painful tooth abscess, faced a setback when the online doctor prescribed the wrong dosage. The prescribed 300 mg twice a day was inaccurate; we had to seek help from the ER, discovering the correct dosage is 300 mg three times a day, not twice.

had an emergency with an abscess tooth and needed amoxicillin ASAP. Went with 24hourdoc, but they prescribed me a measly 125mg when I needed the big guns – 500mg for that abscess. Dentists swear by it. Even forked out extra for expedited shipping, but the meds didn't do much. Not the go-to for dental emergencies, that's for sure. Lesson learned.

The company's okay, but the prescription strength was the lowest. I had to log in to check status because the email notifications were slow. I only found out it was ready when I was already picking it up.

The response I received a couple of days later (the response was from Trust Pilot)assured me of resolution upon review, which initially left me content. However, it’s been around twelve days since then, with no progress. I urge you to seek a more reputable medical service than 24hrdoc, as their leadership’s handling of business matters is concerning. This issue pertains to leadership, not the doctors or customer service representatives. Please read my original review below for context on my frustration and bewilderment regarding this seemingly straightforward matter. Don't waste your time, money or energy.

I used 24HrDoc to seek treatment for a sinus infection. At first glance, everything was super easy and seamless. I filled out the visit form, submitted payment (foregoing the rush fee option) and received an email confirmation stating my prescription had been transmitted to the pharmacy in under an hour. Unfortunately, it had not and that's where the problems began. I've tried multiple times to get customer service to assist me in resending the prescription to my pharmacy with no luck. Actually, with no response whatsoever. It's impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone and they don't respond to emails. It's now been 13 days (yes, DAYS) since they allegedly transmitted my prescription, I have yet to be able to get in contact with customer service OR get the treatment I paid for with 24HrDoc and ultimately had to seek treatment elsewhere. Now I guess I have to contact my bank to get my money back since they didn't fulfill the service I paid them for. This is now the second time I've had this exact issue with this provider. I should have learned after the first time and not bothered to give them a second chance, but I definitely know better now. Don't waste your time, money or energy. It's just not worth it.

Scam

I got scammed. There is no way all these other reviews about 24hrdoc.com are legit. No way. Thanks to sites like this with all kinds of fake reviews, I got completely scammed. I still have insane sinus pressure on my eyes and forehead, but now got a little more credit card debt thanks to 24hrdoc.com. I also got suckered into paying more money for expedited service, that is an add-on scam built into their site. The site is great for taking your money, but then you get completely ghosted. They don't reply to chat, or email and will likely never answer the phone either. I was an idiot, trusted 24hrdoc.com and got scammed. Don't be like me.

24hrdoc I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PRESCRIPTION

I paid for my prescription and received an email stating it was sent to my pharmacy. I called this morning and spoke with Ann. She was unable to read back any info such as she could not find my account, my name, my email and or my phone number or the the prescription 24hrdoc claimed they sent to my pharmacy.She fumbled her way through the whole call. She said it take two hours to ensure it was sent to pharmacy and I still have not heard from 24hrdoc my pharmacy states there was no prescription for the medication I needed. Now when you call it goes to a voice-mail. Please be careful with these people it's a SCAM.
