The shirts were nice, but it took close
The shirts were nice, but it took close to a month for them to arrive. I reached out to customer service several times and only got one reply. They gave tracking information once, but there were no updates. I had ordered for a cruise, and they arrived just the day before we left. It was annoying waiting and not being sure what was going on. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Product arrived 5 days later than the expected shipping time. The print looked good, but the fabric quality was poor, feeling like cheap plastic instead of the advertised soft cotton. I didn’t hear anything from the seller about the delay, and the tracking link was useless.

Cannot return or exchange items
I ordered The XXL Women's Christmas Red and Green Plain Print Leggings which are advertised in their size chart as 46.77" in the hips. What I received was 35" in the hips. I wrote to them and they replied that size discrepancies can happen due to their international service. Rather than letting me return or exchange the item, they offered me a voucher for 10% of the price, which I could use to buy more things from them.

Not worth the hassle
I ordered 2 2x lrg cruise tshirts. When I received them they were thin and not the bright colors in the pictures. I still liked it and would have kept but they were too small. I have reached out and asked for a return and havnt heard back. This has been three weeks and still no answer back. I have done what they ask so if nothing happens soon I will never order from there again

I bought 5 girls trip hats
I was very disappointed with the hats. They were so stiff and stuck up so high. I bought for my girls trip. I wanted to exchange them for tee shirts but was unable to. It also took a very long time to receive the hats.
