Preview sample lessons before purchasing, as the teacher's accent might not work for everyone. One suggestion: mix in some free resources on YouTube with your paid guides, particularly for new tech and frameworks. It’s a smart way to keep current without spending too much.

My daughter got me a course for Christmas, but it didn't show up. I sent two emails asking for help, but got no reply. It's been three weeks now, and I feel like I won't get anything. THIS IS A SCAM...update: they finally got in touch and fixed the problem.

They got lotz of stuff and if ya put sumfin on ya list, it's alwayz on sale for $10 or $15. But, ya can't reach customer service easly, n' da player n' app are awful for years. Go sumwhere else wif a better app n' way to watch stuff.

This video player experience was not good at all. The 40-hour course I finished was terrible. It's not about internet speed, videos lag and buffer, and sometimes stop playing until I reload the page. It was very frustrating. I won't buy another course.

I have been a user of Udemy for some time
I have been a user of Udemy for some time, and I think it's a fair platform for learning new skills. Still, I will stop using Udemy. I bought a course during a recent discount, but after I paid, the Udemy system marked my order as pending. Even after a day, I can’t access the course. When I faced this problem, it was hard to reach out to Udemy's Support Center for help. After many hours of trying, I ended up leaving a message with a chatbot!! What a mess!!
