My first time using Trodo, I found them simple to work with. When you place an order they offer a compatibility check, which I did, and they respond within 48 hours to let you know if it fits or not and also suggest what works if your original choice does not. You must update your order in that 48 hours, otherwise they will send the original order. I think that is very fair, it took 8 days from shipping for delivery. I would surely recommend Trodo for buying car parts.

Very nice experience shopping with you. Prices are good and a wide range of brands to pick from. I will buy again for sure and suggest to others. Only wish there were more cheaper delivery options, even if it takes longer for items to come. Often I buy regular parts for all our cars in bulk for future use, so not in a rush and would choose a cheaper delivery and wait longer.

I've placed a few orders and had a decent experience. But with my latest order, I was told that the springs I ordered weren’t compatible with my car and was given other options. I chose a set from those options, paid for them, but ended up receiving two sets and no refund. I emailed them about the issue but haven’t heard back yet.

I have ordered parts for my twizy that is not for sale in the Netherlands from you, very happy with it, not yet mounted but that will be fine, the brake caliper is not for sale new anywhere so with this overhaul set I can continue for years to come.

Concerning my recent experience with this company, even though I opted for the extra fee to double-check the part numbers for compatibility with my car, I received 2 out of the 4 parts that do not match my vehicle. The delivery was swift, but I had to pay an additional 20% in customs fees to have it shipped to Saudi Arabia, which was quite high. I understand this is due to the country's regulations, but it would be beneficial to be aware of these regulations before placing an order. Currently, I'm in the process of testing their return procedure, and I hope it goes smoothly and is approved. I'll reevaluate after the return process is complete.

I’m unhappy that the oil filter wrench I got didn’t fit the filter I ordered at the same time, even though both were supposed to work for my Toyota iQ! I had to modify it to take off the old oil filter.
