It is one of the greatest trading platforms on the planet.
It is one of the greatest trading platforms on the planet. Though, there are a lot of bad reviews. If you are unhappy, try searching if any better option even exists. It's normal that intra-day market data are not included in daily or weekly candles, so you no little about technical analysis. The platform has some of the newest indicators compared to others, which you won’t see anywhere else.

I find this website extremely helpful as a beginner trader/investor. It conveniently gathers multiple charts of a single Index, Company, or Commodities in one place. This feature has been invaluable for me to analyze and track various assets efficiently. It's one of the most useful tools I've come across, and I highly recommend it for anyone starting in trading or investing.

I used it for a few years and then canceled my plan. To my surprise I was charged the next year. First of all, when you try to cancel your plan, they will ask 20 times if you really want to do that. Then they ask for a confirmation via email. If you miss it then you're sill paying. When asking for a refund, it's very hard. You need to open a ticket and have a very brief period of time to confirm. If you go to the ticket a few days later there's a message that you need to open a new ticket because it expired. Very fishy practices. Won't use again.

A disappointing service that seems to scam users. I purchased the premium package for a year. When I tried to transfer the needed amount, I ended up with a negative $1 balance. When I inquired about the refund, they charged me $3 in fees, even though Tron transfers only cost $1. They refused to refund the $1 and expect the user to lose $3. What a disgraceful customer support team that robs its clients.

Awful service quality...
Awful service quality... From the charts to customer support, it’s almost non-existent! I hold a premium account and face issues frequently, but today the charts have been down for 10 hours!!! I've lost some money too... I can’t even submit a ticket because the platform won't react...
