Despite a brief touch, a significant hole emerged. Disappointed with the unexpected outcome during a routine ironing process.

The dress looks really nice, but it’s way too big (size XS). I’m 5'1" and 4 months pregnant and it’s still too large. Also, just a note – no return label is included in the package, and you only have 30 days to send it back.

For other stores, this is a quick return when scanned, but not with Tuckernuck! I ended up sending the second dress back too because of the fit, and if I didn’t keep reminding them, I would’ve never seen my refund of over \$500. I had to contact customer service several times to ask for my money back. Even though both items reached the warehouse, neither was refunded until I followed up. I shop with many high-end brands, and none of them do things this way. BE CAREFUL!!!

I bought a dress for $280 on sale. It was supposed to be aqua blue, shorter length, with long sleeves. When it came, the color was dull, the fabric felt low-quality, and the length was longer than expected. I really didn’t like it. Such a disappointment… especially since it was on sale… no returns, credit, or refunds. I won’t buy from them again… (Despite being a loyal customer for years.)

The inconsistency and unreliability of sizing have been frustrating. Additionally, using TNuck sale codes has sometimes resulted in final, unreturnable sales, which can be disappointing.

The size guide is way wrong. Their clothes fit way bigger than the chart says. Sadly, I bought a few dresses using their wrong size info, and most were final sale so I couldn’t send them back. For the ones you can return, there’s a big charge, plus you have to pay for shipping and customs fees yourself. I wouldn’t suggest buying here.

I’ve bought many things from Tuckernuck, and lately, the material shown on their site for clothes doesn’t match the label on the items. I tried to contact them about this problem, but they never got back to me. Really annoying for people with fabric allergies and feels like a dishonest way of showing what they offer.

Tuckernuck sent me the wrong size pants two times. They gave money back for the first one and said they will for the second, but they are not doing the return (even tho they got it) and dont answer my emails or calls. STAY AWAY.

I had to resort to involving my credit card company, providing them with the numerous emails I sent to Tuckernuck, just to have the charges reversed. This has been a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal, and I won't be shopping with Tuckernuck again.

Post-refund, I discovered unexplained charges of $24.03 and $5. Attempts to contact them about this have been futile. Terrible, shady service. Won't be a repeat customer after this lengthy ordeal.
