Тему така програма що пропонує бонуси і акції без зупинки. Накидали мені так 6 подарунків безкоштовних на чорну пʼятницю. При умові що зроблі покупок на ту ж суму. Так і зробив, але подарунків так і не отримав. Написав в відтримку, щось розбирались, запросили багато скріншотів. А після вибачились за те що іх додаток прогано працює і запропонували черговий купон, яких вже більше десятка на акаунті. Зрову ж таки при купівлі товару.

Брала участь в розиграші товарів , за запрошення друзів , і на останньому етапі , вони не підтвердили запит друга, типу він не знаходиться в моєму місті. Хоча в умовах немає такого, що людина повинна знаходитись в моєму місті . Друзів я добавила, акцію не зарахували!!! Тепер цим додатком користуватися не буду, та мої друзі теж… хотіли більше людей для користування, а тільки втратили клієнтів…. Не рекомендую цей сервіс , не правдивий!!

В Европе продавали в суд на компанию из-за азарта и розыгрыша пустого места. Наталь бесплатного товара а потом обязывают купить на ту же сумму ненужный товар по ИХ ЗАВЫШЕННОЙ цене. Аферисты никогда с ними не связывайтесь. Ещё были истории с кражей данных карт. Это не точно

Обещают подарки за регистрацию, а реально берёшь типа 2+1 подарка типа бесплатно, потом крутишь барабан и еще 3 подарка .. в итоге платишь определённую сумму в товаре но уже без скидок... и в итоге тебя тупо на****ют!!! Получаешь 4 товара которые ты оплатил по полной стоимости, а подарки даже не вспоминаются!!! П*****кий сайт и площадка для торговли. Не ведитесь, что вы что-то получите. Китайские у****и!!!

I ordered a few things
I ordered a few things from Temu, hoping they'd be as good as the pictures. When the package arrived, the colors were all wrong, and the quality was terrible. Plus, some stuff was missing! I got a couple of bikini sets, but some tops were missing, and a few skirts too. It’s really frustrating when you expect one thing and get something completely different. Not impressed with this experience at all.

I returned an item over a week ago, and it’s just been sitting at their facility for almost a week now. Tried reaching out to customer service a couple times, but no real answers—just told to wait longer. It's really frustrating because this is my money we're talking about! Обманывают во всём. Товар приходит , присылают не понятно что! Постоянно засыпают своими оповещениями о скидках в которых тоже разводят людей . Занимая личное время людей по пустякам. Обманывают своими розыгрышами , просят позвать людей, но как только подходите к финишу , они делают вид ,что люди не зачислены! Надеюсь мой клиент поможет людям не участвовать в это обмане!

Заказывала два раза.Первый раз посылка пришла через 21 день на Укрпочту и все хорошо,нареканий нет.А вот второй раз сделала заказ,и мне пришло уведомление от новой почты,что посылка выслана,но я не могу ее отследить,так как заказ не доставлен!что за бред.Вот сижу теперь и думаю, наверное и посылке и деньгам можно помахать пока, 😐 Ну посмотрим....

В который раз устанавливаю приложение и все время выигрываю в рулетку. Выпал бонус на бесплатный товар в итоге пришлось зачем-то вводить номер карты. Товары почти даром тогда ,как на рынке они стоят на порядок дороже.Трудно поверить что цивилизация подошла к порогу немонетизированного распределения благ,хотя в этом что-то и есть завораживающее;)

Просят одну сумму для оплаты, сдирают в десятки раз больше!
Предлагают кучу подарков на шару. Выбирай что хочешь, все в подарок но увы только сверх положенной суммы, чтобы была доплата. Попросили доплату 32грн, а в итоге 1320, так как каждый товар не в подарок , а на каждый скидка, ну а некоторые товары вообще без скидки. Теперь везде преследует реклама от этой мерзкой конторы и это еще больше раздражает!

Качество ужасное!!!
Взяла костюм синтетика,термо костюм синтетика аж искрит,носки тоже самое.Полочки для ванной згинаются, очень тонкий пластик,то есть можно поставить одно мыло,и мочалку , всё!!! Секаторы маленькие размером, как будто маникюрные ножницы.Считаю ,что такой товар, вообще нужно раздавать бесплатно,так как такая химия никому не нужна.Вещи ужасные!!!

Им уже всё равно на покупателя
Начал делать покупки года 2 назад. Всё чётко и красиво. Сейчас полное пренебрежение к покупателю. Если предпоследнюю покупку отправили не в то отделение ( но хотя бы в одном городе), то последнюю отправили в город, находящийся от меня 160 км. Какая либо попытка общения для корректировки....полный ноль. И это при том, что чисто их ошибка.

Незадовільнена посилкою.
Прийшов товар не по розміру, який заказала, вмісто ботінок 39-40, прислали 43, труси прийшли з затяжками, посилку прислали на якийсь магазин вмісто укр.пошти, товар не качествений. Більше заказувати нічого не буду, дуже незадовільнена . Жалко грошей пошти 1000 гр.
