FIVE STARS!!! I tried a bunch of small business insurance companies but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I got disconnected 3 times, so it was annoying. I found Simply Business on the first page of Google, called them third, and 3 TIMES A CHARM! My new insurance agent will likely be our guy for a long time! SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH, and the policy was cheap and covered all we needed. AND the policy started right away after I paid. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and now my business is safe! A WIN WIN!!! Thank you for making my day better!!!

All quotes were very competitive, some within a few dollars from each other. Made my choice, and purchased right from the website. Can't get any more easier than that. What a hassle. I spent ages online entering all my details, only to get a call and have to repeat everything for another 30 minutes. They said they'd transfer me to someone who sells insurance, but that person couldn't cover my business type. Then they wanted to start the whole process again with someone else. When I refused, they put me on hold for 10 minutes before the call dropped. It's frustrating dealing with companies like this who just want to reel you in without offering proper service. I wish there was a local office where I could speak to someone face-to-face. It's really disappointing.

The constant shuffling between individuals and the redundant repetition of the same inquiries create a truly dreadful encounter. In summary, it's a venture not worthy of your valuable time.
