Absolutely amazing!

I lost the email about my order and needed to know when it would arrive. I contacted the company through chat, and they were really helpful with the delivery info. They even sent the email again and stayed on the line to make sure I got it!

I had a lot of truble trying to pay via PayPal

I had a lot of truble trying to pay via PayPal, which I would have prefered to do. Otherwise, I am hoping that I will be happy with my order when it arives.

The rug looked really nice and matched what we wanted

The rug looked really nice and matched what we wanted, but it turned out too small for our room – our own fault. I didn’t know the company was based in the USA since the site ends with ‘co.uk’. It was a long process to get proper help for returns, mostly stuck with a chat box, but after some days we managed. Sending it back to Switzerland cost a lot. Now we have a rug we don’t really need – pretty to look at, but still a shame!

Terrible

Ordered a large leopard print rug in grey a couple of months ago paid well over £100 for it and this morning had to take to tip.. was always out of shape I hoped would settle but never did tried all the usual to weight down, pull it into shape etc etc but looked cheap, nasty out of shape and poor quality I contacted rugs uk but they simply ignored my request for a response, please don't waste your money the quality is terribly inferior and within months belong at the recycling centre I'll never give them another penny added to which this company is NOT UK BASED but based in Switzerland so you have to pay shipping Costs back to Switzerland when the inferior rug actually arrives why I had to keep mine.

After a 10-day wait for my carpet

After a 10-day wait for my carpet, I contacted the company seeking information, but all I got was a tracking number without a link or any details. A call revealed they claimed it was delivered to my address, which wasn't true. Despite promises of evidence and a call back in 2 minutes, it took 20 minutes to receive a photo with the wrong delivery address. A week later, still no resolution. Customer service is horrendous.

Well, let me tell you, this company

Well, let me tell you, this company isn't even based in the UK, to start with. So, I ordered this rug, right? It's cheap, yeah, but honestly, it's not even worth the money. It just doesn't fit in my room properly, no matter what I do. So, I thought, okay, I'll just return it. But get this, they want me to pay £80 for the return! Can you believe it? Absolutely outrageous.

I invested £600 in two rugs from this company during a renovation, but due to the ongoing construction, I didn't open them immediately. When I finally did, one was past the 30-day return window, revealing hideous Barbie pink instead of the ordered pale blush. rugs.co.uk refused a return, leaving me with unusable rugs and a £600 loss. I won't be a repeat customer.

My experience with the company

My experience with the company was disappointing. Despite the seemingly attractive sale price, the product's quality fell short. The dimensions were noticeably off, and the pile height was significantly less than the advertised 1/2". Though I managed to secure a 50% refund after expressing my concerns, the overall value still seems overpriced.
