I have had really helpful, kind agents who assisted me in making and changing travel plans. Denise, Sean, and Trisha were the ones who stood out in helping me with client requests. The only issue I face is not being able to directly reach the person I feel comfortable with. When I need to make a change, I can't always contact the same person I spoke to originally. It would be so much easier if I could have two or three main contacts to work with, instead of having to explain everything again to different people each time.

Aj has been a total blessing

Aj has been a total blessing for helping me with these bookings. As the first two agents just totally ghosted me (come to find out one was moved and the other left) I was very happy with Aj taking over and helping in ways they did not. His knowledge and suggestions for my clients has been outstanding!

Booked in the UK. Andalusia Adventure. The holiday itself was nice, but the booking process left much to desire. Their knowledge seemed lacking - for example, they tried to route me from Manchester to Malaga with a stop in London. That's just silly! Final documents had mistakes - like sending a link to EasyJet for a return flight, but we were actually booked on Jet2. Couldn’t do online check-in and had to call RB. I had to repeatedly ask for final documents, told three times they would come, but they didn’t. Finally got them 72 hours before leaving. Very stresful experience! Wouldn't recommend.

I've used Railbookers before and was

I've used Railbookers before and was really happy with the service I got. The people I talked to on the phone seemed to like their jobs, they let me know when money would be taken from my account, and they helped me a lot with planning my first trip abroad. But now it seems like all those helpful employees are gone. The people I've talked to recently seem young and not very friendly on the phone. They don't seem interested in answering my questions. No one told me when the next payment would be taken from my account, and I haven't heard anything about my trip that's coming up soon. I still haven't received my vouchers either. I'm starting to get worried.

Don't use Railbookers!!

We took this trip in May, 2025. Get a travel agent if you want to have someone plan you travel by train in Europe. We started in Naples to Sorrento, then Sicily. The only thing they did right was picking Taormina, Sicily and even that was a fiasco. First, they didn't include transports to and from all of our locations and when I asked why, they said it would be less expensive to catch a taxi than to book a transport service, which is fine, but why did I need to ask? Next they gave us vouchers for the train rides without any explanation that we had to turn them in for tickets or that we would need to transfer trains in Sicily to get to Taormina. We ended up on the west side of the island before we realized that we needed to transfer to get the east (Taormina) side. When we got off we discovered it would take 4-5 hours to get back to Taormina by train due to the schedule. We paid 150 euro for a taxi so we could get to our destination in a little over an hour and Railbookers refused to pay for that mistake. Finally, we decided not to go on the excursion to Mt Etna because I was feeling motion sick from all of the other transports we had been taking and the voucher from the excursion company said we could cancel for a refund within 24 hours and we canceled with over a 48 hour notice. Railbookers refused to issue the refund that they got back from the excursion. What an awful company!

Having overlooked the 1-star reviews, my Glacier Express journey with this agency proved disappointing. Shockingly overcharged and denied a cash refund, I was left wary of their future travel credits. My package cost twice as much as alternatives. Caution to fellow travelers: explore other options before committing to this agency. Buyers, beware of potential overcharging pitfalls.

Beware of this company's exorbitant prices and their reluctance to provide cash refunds for canceled services. The hotel rates are inflated threefold. Save yourself thousands by booking through alternative websites. Caution is advised when considering this company for your travel needs.
