    It was quite simple to buy tickets from Lisboa to Oporto, with plenty of choices offered. The cost of the tickets was really good and after a short time, I got the tickets sent to my email.

    I had a mixed experience with Rail Ninja. I booked 3 journeys, but two of them were not honored. Fortunately, the first one was while I was still in the UK, so I managed to rebook at a different time. I chose business class for all trips, but they switched me to a lower class and gave a refund for other trains. The second issue happened when I arrived in China and realized I couldn't use Google, which made me worry since I was with my elderly mother. Thankfully, the hotel concierge helped me with the booking, and I had to cancel my Rail Ninja reservation, even though it meant extra charges from the hotel. Why didn’t you provide a similar train option for my business class ticket?

    Reserved train tickets from Stavanger to Oslo three months ahead. Paid upfront for first class seats. Three days prior, no tickets received! Reached out to customer support, and after some time, they offered bus alternatives! I did ask for and got a refund. Ended up flying with Wideroe Airlines instead.

    Rail ninja's help team didnt anser when there was a problam with the tickets. They dont give money back for any changes if ticket is not made right. Had to get another ticket at the station by myself cause the mistake wasnt fixed. It made things hard cause train was coming soon and time was short.

    I couldn't access both outward and return

    I couldn't access both outward and return tickets in Dublin. Tried in Belfast and no way of doing this. I had to buy another ticket. I did not enjoy this experience and will never use Rail Ninja again.

    SCAM company and double the price!! Do not use

    Rail Ninja is a scam. I paid $933 CAD for train tickets that should’ve cost $450 max for two seniors, one adult, and one child – or $580 if I’d chosen upgraded seats. They gouge prices, hide real fares, and don’t let you cancel or modify anything once you realize you’ve been ripped off. Yes, I clicked non-refundable—but that was before I knew I was paying over double the official price. The site is misleading, predatory, and designed to trick travellers who think they’re booking through the real rail company (VY). They offer no support and hide behind fine print while charging outrageous markups. Don’t use this site. Book directly with the official train operator and avoid getting scammed.

    Horrible app. I booked and paid for a train, and the money was taken immediately, but I didn't get the tickets. After a few minutes, I received a new email saying the train's schedule changed and I could either choose another time or get a refund. But when I checked again, the train was still listed on the app and tickets were still being sold for the same time. Why are you still selling tickets for a train that’s been canceled??? The refund process is taking way too long!

    I tried to change my booking with Ninja or get a refund but twice they advised the rail conditions didn't allow it. On contacting the rail representatives, they assured me that they would allow a change or a refund up until 10pm the night before the scheduled journey. On advising Ninja of this, they then offered around 70% of their fare but with their delay, they then said it was too late and therefore forfeited U150.

    They say “No hidden fee” but when we got our train

    They say “No hidden fee” but when we got our train tickets with Rail Ninja for first class and flexible fare, the site put in the wrong date because of a glitch. I had chosen the right date, but it booked a diffrent one. To fix it, they made me pay $19 extra on top of the $60 I already gave for a one-way ticket that’s really only 270 DH = $30. Better to get your ticket straight from ONCF or right at the station!

    Ціна мого квитка втричі!!! перевищила реальну ціну!!! Коли я вирішила скасувати квиток, мене попередило про те, що я отримаю лише половину вартості. І це я купувала квиток за 3 тижня до поїздки! Я б ще зрозуміла такі штрафи, якби то було за декілька днів, але ж за 3 тижня! Не рекомендую цю платформу через дуже високі ціни.

    Watch out!!!! Beware!!! They charged me twice after saying I was going to be refunded. Also their pricing is triple the amount of direct booking to train station. I may need to contact the BBB to report them, since they are lying and deceitful. Truly the worst part to planning my trip.

    They try to take all your money and make you pay twice as much for the tickets. If the train is cancelled, they won’t give your money back and just keep saying the refund is "in process." NEVER TRUST RAIL NINJA – COMPLETE RIPOFF!!

    Very bad experience

    I purchased two tickets months in advance to get the shipper rate, but at last minute they canceled my ticket, forcing me to buy new tickets at 3 times the regular price to get on that train it is a ripp off don't buy from them.
