Been using ProofHub for about 13 to 14 months now. Mainly for customer interactions on projects, which is the standout feature. Noticed the old system slowing down and lacking new features. But, they just launched a new version that's way better and faster. Loving the new stuff: Faster speed Tagging people Project summary Announcements Me view Custom reports Improvements for the new ProofHub+: Move back and forth between tasks easily. Bulk select and modify tasks. Timers need to be more user-friendly. Better notification management. Admins need direct live chat support. A ticket system for submitting issues. Upload files into folders from anywhere in ProofHub. Liking where they're heading!

Overall, it’s been useful, and the option to mark tasks as in progress or finished is really good. I also like that comments get sent out by email to check when added to tasks, that’s very useful.

Server issues were acknowledged, but communication on the service status page remained misleading. Limited communication avenues, such as only email, coupled with generic responses, exacerbate the frustration of our team struggling to manage projects effectively.
