Mixed Feelings So Far!

They say you only get one chance to make a first impression and my impression is mixed. Very communitive in contact to get prescription filled reaching out to doctors office and overall price. However been almost 3 weeks since ordering and have not received my refrigerated prescription which has been more than the overall 7-10 business days (2 whole weeks) that they say it can take. All my concerns about that were met with a lack of contact, ignoring my emails, and lack of transparency with regards to my delayed shipment and overall waiting. Not a great first impression.

Customer support is good, delivery times are okay, and the prices are pretty fair. But the website is really difficult to use and kind of confusing. Almost every order I placed needed me to call or email for assistance. Apart from that – a good option to buy meds at a nice price!

Horrible company. Ordered 1 month ago and they still haven’t shipped my order. I have been emailing them every single day to cancel since they obviously aren’t shipping it and can’t get any help. I am likely going to have to file a claim with my bank for this. I’m warning you now you may be scammed by this company.

They go and lose my prescription, and when they finally get it together, the new one shows up with the wrong dose. Seriously? Not exactly winning any reliability awards here. Hoping they pull it together for the next round, but right now, not thrilled with this prescription drama.

Over 10 days and my meds are still playing hide and seek? Called them up, and all they throw my way is the classic "still processing" line. Not exactly the express delivery I signed up for. Come on, guys, let's speed this up!
