Really simple to navigate, fast service and nice designs

Really simple to navigate, fast service and nice designs, prices are fair if you find a discount code. Only problem was my design "moved" a bit when saving and I didn’t see it until it was too late, so some names were placed too low and I had to re-print half of them - I’d suggest checking right away when you get the confirmation so you can fix anything within 30 minutes. Other than that, I’m very happy with them.

The two large posters I ordered came out really good, with bright colours and clear images. Delivery arrived when promised, but I wish they did not use EVRI who were slow and left the parcel in my front garden, even showing a fake delivery photo. That’s why I took off one star.

The invitations I received

The invitations I received were lovely overall, but I noticed that one line runs slightly off the page, which wasn't the case in my original design. It would have been appreciated if this had been adjusted or if I had been contacted to be informed of the situation.

Purchased a picture

Purchased a picture and what they call a hanger from this company. I was really upset when it arrived. The picture quality was really bad, and the frame (hanger) was just four pieces of cheap wood and string. I could have found something better at a kindergarten club! I bought it for my dog who had just passed away, and it was really disappointing. I'm going to report them to trading standards because of how bad it was.

I provided all the pictures for the calendar, and overall, it was great. However, one of the pictures was not lined up correctly, and I expected it to be adjusted before printing.

So, if everything goes smoothly, they're fine. But once you've got a problem, forget it. They won't own up to anything, whether it's returning stuff, quality complaints, wrong items, or even dirty paper. I wouldn't bother using them again, not even if you offered me money. It's disappointing because they make big promises in their terms and conditions.
