    Wont issue a refund. Avoid

    Took out a subscription for 4 weeks for the Thai Chi program. Advertised 30 day money back guarantee so buy with peace of mind. I realised straight away the workouts weren’t what I was expecting so cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I was initially contacted by to say they would give 3 months free which I politely declined. They didn’t issue a refund and have been fobbed off with they are experiencing high levels of calls, followed by it’s under review ! Now been contacted by Nicole asking me to prove my workout regime which I can’t do as I cancelled on day 1! Essentially they are not wanting or looking like they will refund. So be aware there is not a 30 day money back guarantee at all and the very fact they are still quibbling it and asking for proof of workouts completed tells you everything you need to know including the other poor reviews. Avoid this app and the company

    Useless scam

    Very mediocre app which also tricks you into additional subscriptions for useless extra's. I signed up for a training for 12 weeks and suddenly was charged for an extra subscription for a coach for triple the price. I contacted Mad Musclaes about this but there was no understanding for my situation. I ended up with a very expensive subscription I didn't want. Featured are very average, nothing special. Not worth the price. Don't use, it is too expensive. There are much better apps online which are also free, like virtuagym.

    Betrug - Finger weg

    Es werden unerlaubt Kosten abgebucht, für ein nicht erworbenes Modul. Diese Kosten will man nicht erstatten. Es wird hin und her rumgeeiert. Unbedingt die Finger von dieser Firma lassen. Abzocke mit fiesen Methoden schon bei der Anmeldung. Es werden Preise vorgegaukelt die später so nicht abgerechnet werden. Anmeldung intransparent. Wie auch andere Nutzer werde ich nach Frist von einer Woche Anzeige erstatten und den Fall meinem Anwalt vorlegen.

    ATTENTION !!!

    It’s a scam — everything is designed to steal your money. You agree to one plan, and they charge you for another one you never asked for, at five times the cost. Then they try to make new charges for even higher amounts, but luckily I had already blocked my credit card, so they couldn’t go through. When you ask for a refund, they drag things out and try more tricks. Never have I seen a worse app.

    RIP OFF

    I ordered 4 weeks access to the 28 chair yoga work out ( as seen on Facebook ad Link) because I have a broken foot! After I paid I find out it is an auto subscription which I canceled immediately but My Plan options were for push ups and jump squats?? Where is my 28 day chair yoga plan??? There were no chair exercises at all in my plan good ole bait and switch??? Stay Away!!

    This is a scam company avoid at all cost! you can get the same information for free on the internet. Their support is AI and not even a real person. They take your money and when you realize you have been scammed and ask for a refund, they give you the runaround and refuse to give you your money back.

    No Refund

    I tried it. It didn't work for me so I cancelled on the day of renewal and they charged me and wouldn't refund.
