There was no acknowledgment or effort to address my billing concerns. Moreover, my issue with opening PDF invoices through various platforms was ignored. The support platform's limitations, lacking a post-ticket closure survey, add to the overall disappointment. Although the prompt response time earned them three stars, the overall support experience leaves much to be desired, making a lower rating likely.
