I bought some accessories for my Insta360 X4, but turns out they were not compatible. I didn't realize there was a difference between models. When I tried to return them, which were worth $130, customer service said it was too costly to send back and offered me a measly $6 credit. I was really disappointed because they have a 15-day return policy. It felt unfair and frustrating. Not happy with how they handled it at all.

I recently picked up the Insta360 One X3, thinking it would blow my smartphone out of the water. But man, was I wrong! The video quality was so disappointing – even my ancient Nokia did better. I tried everything, 5.7K/30FPS, 100 Mbps bitrate, HDR on a perfect sunny day, but it still looked terrible. Honestly, I regret spending my money on this. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this one.

I had a really frustrating experience with their customer support. I was trying to return a faulty item, and it took over 10 emails, videos, and images, but they still refused to accept the return. Wow, what a mess! Ordered something and it took forever, like 25 business days to get to the UK. And guess what? They cancelled my order just because I complained about the wait. Ridiculous, right? Honestly, if you're in the UK, stick with local stores like Argos or John Lewis. Even Currys. This experience has me seriously considering switching to DJI. Avoiding this company for sure!

I placed two orders in a single day and, as advised by their customer care, sent them the order numbers to avoid double shipping fees. After two days, they responded, saying both orders were already shipped and they couldn't refund the shipping fee. This is definitely my last purchase with this so-called company. The camera stopped working after 3 months, and getting a replacement or refund feels like a huge hassle. Contacting the customer support team doesn't help much; they often ignore your messages and never get back to you. Poor service. Response times are really slow. It’s a long and irritating process to get anything resolved with them.
