    I was really struggling with

    I was really struggling with my computer for about six weeks, completely lost without my favorite game, Jigsaw World. I barely know anything about computers, and the whole situation was stressing me out big time. Then Victor Z. came to the rescue. He was so patient, guiding me through every step without making me feel dumb. Honestly, he was amazing! Victor managed to get my game back online and I couldn’t be happier. If I could rate him a thousand stars, I'd totally do it. Just wanted to share how great he was and how much he helped me.

    David F was awesome, super helpful and patient while I was figuring things out. The chat app worked well and was easy to navigate. Felt good about the whole thing at first. But then, surprise! I got hit with a $38 charge for the HOWLY program. They had made it sound like it was just a $1 one-time, refundable fee. Turns out, I needed HOWLY to get my answers, but didn't expect the extra cost. Feeling a bit scammed here. It's frustrating when things aren't as clear as they should be.

    I struggled a lot trying to find the model number to get the owner's manual, it was really frustrating. But then Daria stepped in. She was super patient and didn’t give up on me. She walked me through different options until we finally found the model number. Once we got it, she quickly sent me a link to the manual. Daria totally saved the day.     She were very understanding and so patient with me since I'm computer and phone illitrate. She have the patient of a sain and walked me threw every single step to try and fix my problem.     Stacy was very kind and helpful. She seemed to know a lot and guided me well through fixing my two problems. Although the Howly system for remote fixes wasn't working, Stacy handled everything. Her instructions were easy to follow. When I missed some steps, she showed me other ways to solve them. We got everything sorted out!

    I this case very confusing. Who sent 3 PayPal bills? Probably a scammer. Someone using my info. Trying to take my identity? Unless Pay Pal allows you to answer about these charges you should stay out. There is so much fraud today and I don’t think I even own a PayPal account. Do you know?
