    I was totally freaking out

    I was totally freaking out at work because our payment system went haywire just before a big deadline. And, of course, our IT team was nowhere to be found. I was really in a bind and had no idea who to reach out to. Then I remembered about Howly. I jumped on a call with them, and honestly, it was like a breath of fresh air. Within 15 minutes, their expert figured out what was wrong and walked me through getting everything back on track. It was such a relief! They literally saved the day for me, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help. Definitely a lifesaver in a stressful moment!

    I have to say that I was not looking forward

    I have to say that I was not looking forward to writing a good review about Howly after facing some tough and unplanned issues. But when I brought it to their notice, they acted fast and fixed everything to my liking in no time at all. Because of this, they deserve high praise, but I took away one star since the problem should have never happened. I hope they change their processes to stop this from happening again. I would choose Howly again since they quickly made things right with me.

    It really did what I needed!

    It really did what I needed! I tried the PDF Editor & Converter to change my Word file into PowerPoint, which I couldn’t do in Word itself. After looking around for a while, I found this site and it really did the job! I paid £1.95 for the first week and cancelled after since it’s £49 each month after the trial – just for file conversions? Quite pricey for what it offers, but it does work!

    It sorted out my problem. But, before I got to Howly, I was informed about a $1 refundable payment which was okay and I said yes to it. What I wasn't informed about, though, was that I would also be charged $76. Picture my shock when I got a notification from my bank.
