The apartment is quite nice—big enough for 4 people to stay without any trouble, with 2 decent-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the tools you need and has good room for cooking. The area around is calm and relaxing, but still near to popular places. The check-in was easy, and I'm glad I picked this place for a year.

Great experience. The house is lovely, the area is charming, and it’s close to Villa Pamphili, which is one of Rome’s best parks, and not far from Trastevere. The owner is excellent, always helpful and friendly. The house has all the essentials. If I visit Rome again, I’d choose to stay here.

Also, the washing machine isn’t inside the flat itself, but in the basement, and you need to share it with the coffee shop next door. So, you have to go buy coins there to use the machine. Lastly, the landlord’s work office is in the flat too, so don’t be shocked if you see some people during the day who aren’t living there—they are his clients. Still, I really liked staying here! My room was cozy and comfy, and I felt at home pretty fast. The bathrooms and kitchen have all you need and are quite clean (but it’s important to help with chores to keep the place nice). Also, the location is great if you enjoy bars and shops, and the view of Brüsseler Platz is really lovely!
