First things first: you should use the first-time signup discount and go for the full three-year plan. After the promo, the cost does go up, but even the normal price is fair. Plus, they give a renewal discount every year since I started using them. The service itself (I use shared hosting) is solid. Has all the things you need, fast, and very dependable. I have been very happy with how well the shared hosting works. What really makes HostArmada stand out is the support team. Best customer help I've had from a company like this. From the account team, to billing, to the tech experts. Not only is their guide material very good, but there are lots of ways to get help if you need guidance or just a pro to check things, and if you ever do run into an issue, they fix it quicky. Really can't sugest these guys enough.

I recently transferred two websites and 12 email accounts to HostArmada and I'm really satisfied with the service and support. I raised a medium-priority ticket and it was handled just as if it were urgent, much better than my previous provider. They replied quickly, clearly, and with full answers to all my questions. The support team worked well together—if one person was busy, another stepped in without me needing to explain everything again. They made sure everything was sorted efficiently. Plus, they didn’t hesitate to take care of tasks that I could've done myself but knew they could do quicker and more effectively. While I haven’t been with them long enough to fully assess performance, my websites are already loading much faster than they did before.
