I have been using Hired to look for a new software development job and they have been really supportive. I have had a number of interviews thanks to the leads Hired provided. Jes, my Hired representative, has helped me stay organized, fix my resume, and has been nice to work with. I would suggest anyone give Hired a try for their job search.

I am very satisfied!
I've been very satisfied with the platform's usability and the scheduling tools available, specifically the calendar availability feature. I would however appreciate some understanding as to why companies may not be contacting me; not knowing whether it's because of salary, location, or some other factor can be quite perplexing.

I was quite surprised with my experience on Hired. After a representative got in touch, I signed up and quickly had several companies reaching out to me. I really like the concept of companies reaching out to job seekers and hope more companies start using Hired as a platform.

Positive experience for me
Hired.com has been a positive experience for me. Once I grasped how to optimize my profile, I noticed an increase in views. The addition of assessments to earn badges is a nice touch, enhancing my credibility. However, I must admit that the recent color scheme change caught me off guard. I was accustomed to the old Hired logo and the dominant red color scheme, and the sudden shift to a minimalist and purple theme made me question if it was the same platform. Despite this, the overall functionality and opportunities offered on Hired.com make it a valuable tool for job seekers like myself.

This platform is really good at connecting talent with companies. When I made my profile and got approved, I had to do some assessments. They were good and kept up with the latest technologies. Then, I started getting interview requests, which were all genuine. I appreciate that members from hired.com reached out to give more insights. Overall, the experience from creating my account to getting interviews was smooth.
