I had a small issue with my first order, as it was missing one bottle. I called and received an email stating they would look into the problem, which took about a week. Eventually, a credit was issued to my card. I was happy with the way they handled the situation, so I decided to order again when I needed something else.

Wow! I placed an order after reading reviews and honestly I was worried I got scammed. I even asked chatgpt and it told me Herbspro is real. In short, I just got my package, it took around two weeks to reach France.

The company took nearly a month to process and ship my order, which was too long. I wish it had taken only half that time. However, once shipped, the delivery to my address was quick, which is a positive aspect.

I was told my order would arrive in three to four business days with free shipping. Now it’s been 12 days and they say it won’t ship for another 2 days. I called and they said it was out of stock, never notifying me. This was something I needed urgently for my health. I will not buy from them again and advise others to avoid Windmill as a store. They really hurt their reputaion.

I was looking for something else, but when I tried to return what I got, I couldn’t get any help with the return process. I’ve reached out several times, but the company hasn’t responded. I was hopeful at first, and I appreciated the effort they put into sending my order, but unfortunately, I can't recommend buying from them now. The promise of a “no questions asked” return seems to be misleading. It's disappointing, as it looked like a good company at first, but now we’re left with the product and our money is gone.

Also, the tracking shows no movement, just a label made but waiting for the seller to send the package. I got Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg, 1000 capsules (cost near 20 dollars), but instead they gave me 50mg, 100 capsules (worth like 3 dollars). The shipping and fees from abroad were also quite high. It's not okay to make this kind of error with medcine. After I said something, they told me I could get a refund or the right product. I picked the right product, but now they’re saying refund is the only option. I guess we’ll see how it goes.

My experience was worse than bad. I bought a \$67 probiotic that needs to stay cold. When it came, it had 2 gel packs but they were melted and warm. The probiotic was just room temperature and useless because it wasn’t chilled. I called many times and left messages but got no answer. I also sent 2 emails and got no reply. This company and its staff are scamers. I would never suggest buying from them.

Can you believe this? Ordered some Dermabase cream, and what I got was a total plot twist. The picture showed exactly what I wanted, but nope, they decided to play switcheroo and sent some other brand. Not cool, right? Pictures are supposed to tell the truth, not lead you on a wild goose chase. Gotta say, not thrilled with this HerbsPro situation.

Honestly, I'm feeling let down. I ordered on March 3rd and got a confirmation that it was sent on March 7th. But since then, tracking it has been a headache. I've emailed both the carrier and Herbs Pro, but no response as of March 16th. If I'm paying for shipping, I expect better service. This is my last order from them.

I placed an order with herbspro back in January but the package never arrived. I sent 3 emails and a message via their site, but never got any reply. In March, they emailed me to review their service, and I told them again I never got my order. From what I’ve seen, this company seems like a total scam.
