Why is it taking forever to get an order even when I paid for faster shipping for my daughter Homecoming dance? It still hasn’t shipped and I placed the order almost 2 weeks ago. Now I’ll have to buy a different dress because of their slow shipping. Can’t cancel the order, so I’ll have to wait and return it later, and from what I see that’s going to take ages. Customer service is no help at all what so ever.

I tried to give back a dress that didn't fit and was quite bad quality for the money. I emailed them within 7 days of getting it (2 days later exactly). It took more than a month to get an email back, saying the return had to start within 7 days and I couldn't return it now. Totally crazy- steer clear!
