I saw this company advertised on twitter claiming to ship delta 9 to Ohio. This is not true at all. What they actually ship is DELTA 8, which is made from hemp, not real marijuana. They try to make it sound better by calling it THCA. This is just a trick, because most FLOWER starts as THCA. But that doesn’t mean it's real marijuana. They even try to call gummies THCA, which is wrong. Gummies already have activated THC, which is DELTA 8 THC in their case. Don’t fall for it. Go to a local dispensary. There are too many ways to get scammed by these people. You can’t ship delta 9 in Ohio – only medical dispensaries can provide it.

They used to be reliable and on time, but now they're terrible and don't answer. Never had problems before, but now they've 'partnered' with Better Trucks delivery. I made my order on May 31. It took 4 days to ship to Illinois from their base in Oklahoma. I LIVE IN ARIZONA! totally unacceptable. Talked with MOOD's customer support and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. Their ads say 2-4 days. No way that package will get here even this week from Illinois. And Better Trucks has horrible non-delivery reviews. Mood lost a customer forever.

The prices at this dispensary are extremely high, almost double the cost of other dispensaries. For example, they charge $25 per gram of hash, and their dabs start at $40, but they are quite weak. Even their Live Resin Sour Pineapple Dab Sugar, priced at $40 per gram, has only 30% THC content. In comparison, I can purchase "Disco Dabs" locally for just $10 per gram, and their THC content ranges from 70-80%. While the prices for flowers may be more reasonable, the edibles and concentrates are outrageously expensive.

I contacted the shipping company, but they only had a label, no product. I followed up with the company, and they assured me it was shipped and no refund was possible. Later, after consulting their manager, they admitted the product hadn’t shipped. They offered a refund only if I refused the package. Definitely a scam.

We got violently ill on their euphoria gummies although we got a refund afterwards all they did was send us emails saying that we made another order and that we're subscribed no we are not and no we do not and they also called us on the phone also we considered this harassment we want all the money from the fake orders that we received emails about put back on the original payment method what's with this cockamami company anyway?!

The gummies are effective, but dealing with this company is a real headache. Suffering from lupus, I rely on these for pain relief. Unfortunately, both orders were more than a week overdue, and I'm currently waiting on the latest one. The customer service is a letdown, with a chat abruptly ending. I experimented with 777, Cowboy Crank, and Blackberry Gleaux, and to my dismay, the only noticeable outcome was a rather unpleasant odor. None of these substances had any impact on my mood, unless one considers disappointment a mood.
