I bought four hard drives on their site

I bought four hard drives on their site and paid with a card. They asked for a pic of my ID with the card, claiming my address was "unverified". I suggested a business address, but they wanted the ID pic. I sent a scan with ID number hidden, but they said it was blurry. When I didn't give more info, they canceled the order and refunded. This was okay, but not a good experience. Asking for ID is weird for a small purchase. They should clarify this policy better. If verification is needed, they should find safer ways than emailing personal info.

She told me that the photo and description on their website were wrong, but the item was actually what I needed. So, I placed the order, trusting her. However, I ended up ordering the wrong part, even though the website had the right information. She said she’d give me expedited shipping, but that didn’t happen. I reached out to James, the Sales Manager, who also missed the fact that I should have received expedited shipping. Once I pointed it out, James did arrange for it, but the item was still wrong. I asked for a refund, but they blamed me and refused to take the item back because the website was correct! They’re blaming me because I trusted their salesperson! Now, I’ve lost valuable time and still don’t have the right part… AND they’re trying to charge me anyway!

I'm quite let down by my recent experience

I'm quite let down by my recent experience with this company. I ordered a part, but what I received was not only different from what I ordered but also in poor condition. Despite my complaint and sending images of the part, I haven't heard anything back from them to address the issue or provide a solution. However, I did receive an email today stating that the correct part will be shipped to me. I'll wait until I actually receive the correct part before reconsidering my rating.

Communication and customer service was simply stellar, and way beyond my expectations. Could not be happier!

Good product, I paid for quick delivery and the order was handled quickly as well. Items have some rough edges, but since it’s used, it’s what I expected. The packaging was very simple, maybe for ECO reasons, but I think it’s not enough or proper. It could definitely improve.

They told me they couldn't confirm my address and that I needed to send them money through a wire transfer instead of using my credit card to ship the item. I had to call them four times to get to this point. It really seemed like a scam to me! Be careful with this company.

They are a very unethical company!!!

They are a very unethical company!!!! They advertised computer memory for $192. It was not necessarily a great deal since other vendors had the same item for $199. I placed my order, my credit card was charged, and I received an order confirmation. A few minutes later the sales manager emailed me stating the item I ordered was open box an they are out of open box items and that I could pay an extra $110 or they would cancel my order. First of all it was not an open box item. I don't buy open buy items. Their site described it as a BRAND NEW item with no mention of "box" or "open" anywhere. In fact I had emailed the sales manager earlier asking about the delivery schedule and included a link to the product description page along with the $192 price tag. That same link now points to a page where the price is $300. This is a scam site. Do not waste your time or money with this merchant when there are so many other reputable vendors.

Sells item, emails you asking for more money

Bought a listed referb item for $175. They emailed me to let me know that they made a mistake and the price was actually $620. The drive is $340 brand new from the manufacturer..... When I called to ask about this they said.... Well.... Does it come with the 2 year warranty at that price? Uhhh it's the manufacturer... Yes. And second of all your website only says it has a 90 day warranty. Told them to just cancel and refund me. And they said.... I'll let my accounting know and hung up. They emailed me telling me they'd be cancelling. Apparently this has been happening with this company for a few months now based on other reviews. If I don't see that refund I'll dispute it with my CC company. I wouldn't give this company your business.

I have bought items online for many years and this was the first time I have ever been asked to provide a photo of my credit card less the full number. Looking through the reviews it would appear this is a normal practice for the company. They may have a good reason for asking for such information, but it gave me the creeps. Just be aware of their policy to avoid being surprised if you really need an item they offer.
