    This company's customer service is really good. They give you three choices for phone plans. It's nice they're open late. Their tech support fixes problems quickly.

    Very poor service

    Very poor service, I used it for 2 years and it never helped. Technical support is confusing, you waste hours trying to get things done and still no phone calls. Errors keep popping up all the time. When I asked to cancel and move out, they only cared about moving out and didn’t cancel the account, kept charging me. When I called to report the issues, I contacted the local provider, and they fixed it immediately and refunded me. Really unhappy and regret spending so much time and money on this difficult platform.

    The company's practices seem shady, service is bad

    The company's practices seem shady, service is bad, software's a mess, and fixing things is hard. Not many folks accept VOIP anymore, so calls might not get through. Grasshopper could've done more to stop spam. When folks call, it goes straight to voicemail, missing calls. Texting's okay though. Getting voice recordings right helps, but it's tough. Canceling's a pain, no online option, long waits on the phone. Not worth it.

    Total rip-off and waste of money. I got an 888 number thinking I could send text messages back to people, especially with all the ads talking about the phone’s features. But they don’t let you reply to texts you get, which is just crazy. The approval process for texting is really hard and they don’t help at all. I ended up not even using the number and switched to a different service, so it was money down the drain! THEN when it was time to renew recently, they did NOT send me a notice about renewing the subscription and charged me a ton of money for another year of useless service. Their customer service is impossible to reach, and when you finally get through, they can’t help you. I asked for a refund and they refuse, even though I’m not using the service. I called the same day they tried to charge my card. Needless to say, I’m disputing the charge. This is a terrible experience. You can’t make everything so hard to figure out and not offer fair solutions and expect people to be satisfied.

    Avoid this service

    Avoid this service! They appeared fine initially, but then were unhelpful and kept your money for a whole year even if you used only one month. They lack features compared to other companies. No outgoing faxes and require you to buy another number for a separate fax. My business needs changed, but they were of no assistance.
