I recently ordered a few items and had a pretty solid experience. I got 5 things but they shipped out the ones that were ready first, so I wasn't waiting forever. Got 3 out of 5 within 2 weeks, which is fast. The quality is impressive – the mugs are super cute. One thing though, it would be great if there were more sayings or customization options for the mugs. The ornament I got is surprisingly durable, thought it might be fragile like glass or bamboo, but it’s actually some kind of steel, so it should last even if it takes a tumble. I ordered 2 mugs for our family – one with a dad holding two kids, and another with both parents and kids. They look lovely, but I wish there was an option for a mom with her two young kids. It’s a nice set for families, but single moms might find the selection limited.

I just gotta share about these adorable personalized gifts I’ve been getting. Seriously, they’ve been a hit! I've picked up around six coffee mugs, each one with a friend's pet on it. Two of them were for my parents and had the same design, but the names of their pups were printed too low, almost unreadable. The other two were spot on, but I messed up one dog’s name myself. Finding a pup that matched our mixed breeds was tough, and I got distracted. Totally my fault, so I ordered two more to fix it. Despite the small issue with my parents’ mugs, I really like the design and quality. Would have given 5 stars if the names were more readable.

Got this Sister's puzzle for my wife since White Christmas is her all-time favorite movie. Delivery was surprisingly quick, especially for a custom order. The pieces, though, are kinda flimsy—could use thicker material for sure. Despite that, I know she'll adore it. Her only sibling, her sister, passed away last year unexpectedly. They used to watch this movie together every year growing up, so it’s got a lot of memories attached. Expecting a mix of tears and smiles when she sees it. White Christmas has always been our family’s go-to holiday movie, so when I saw the sisters ornament, I just had to get it. It looked just like the picture, and I loved that I could customize the hair colors to match ours. The product itself is fantastic, but the US postal service really dropped the ball. The box was completely crushed when it arrived. Thankfully, the inside packing was solid, and the ornament was perfectly fine. Overall, very happy with the purchase, just wish shipping was better.

Got this cream hat and honestly, it's top notch. The color's perfect and it feels super nice. But, the size of the dog's name was kinda a letdown. It's just way too small. I mean, "Protected by" was a great size, why not use that for the name too? That would have been perfect. Don't get me wrong, I still like the hat a lot, just wish the name stood out more. It's still a good buy, just a tiny tweak would have made it awesome.

I got this glass and I gotta say, it's pretty nice. It's a bit smaller than what I was expecting, but the inscription on it is really well done.
