I don't agree with the bad ratings

I don't agree with the bad ratings i read, but maybe we didn't have the same experience. I ordered 7 resins, 2 received, still waiting for 5. The quality is really good, packaging is perfect, and if a piece is broken, you send a picture and GK do their best to send you a replacement. You just have to be patient, generally 6 months i would say If you pre order, 1 month and half maximum if it's a ready stock, and i live in France. I love this website, it's much cheaper and better quality compared to what is sold in France. Thanks GK, keep going !

I'd probably rate them around 3.5 to 3.8 if I'm being generous. They're one of the more affordable options out there. Most of the items I ordered came through, except for one from a set. They said it was out of stock, which was a bummer since I already paid a deposit. Not sure whose fault it was, the studio or the shop. They did give me a discount code to make up for it, though. Sometimes their support replies pretty quickly, other times it takes over 10 days, maybe they were on vacation. But they do eventually get back to you if you keep at it. One good thing is they managed to get a figure for me that was out of stock initially.

My f1st xperience purchasing fr0m dis seller went pretti smoothlee and with ez. Hwevr, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple isues such as da tail tip wuz broken nd Asta haz a crack on his knee. I am not 2 sure how 2 fix dese isues but overall I really do luv da statue. I also had no way of realy tracking my item so I didn't know wen it wuz gonna come in.

The site is real, and you’ll get your figure by the end of the day, well-packed too. I gave it 3 stars because their ETA isn’t spot on. From what I found and my own experience, delays usually happen by about 2-3 weeks, and the biggest problem is they don’t announce these delays. When I contacted them, they answered but didn’t address my question about a new ETA. So, a heads-up: if you’re looking at the ETA, add around 2-3 weeks more and be ready for unannounced delays. The figure I ordered came in great, just had a small issue with glue in the slot where the head goes, but I managed to fix it with a knife.

Received an email survey from these folks, prompting me to spill the tea, so here goes. Last March, I preordered a limited edition figure, expecting it to drop a few months later. Six months past the release date, not only did my order fail to ship, but it was nowhere to be found. Cue their so-called policy about full refunds if an item doesn't ship within six months—yeah, right. As if I wouldn't catch that. Attempts to contact customer service and bombard them with emails proved futile for months. I persisted, though, dropping $416 on this mess. When they finally responded, their excuse was that the preordered item was out of stock. Hold up, isn't "Cancellation will be done automatically if product out of stock" their own line? They had the nerve to toss a 50% coupon at me as an apology. Just give me my money back! After some back-and-forth, they agreed to a refund, but it took an eternity, and they deducted the amount before even processing it. They wouldn't have budged if I hadn't threatened legal action. Save yourself the trouble and run far away if you care about your hard-earned cash.

I must express my profound disappointment with my recent experience ordering from this company. The discomfort throughout the ordering process was unparalleled. Shockingly, I received no notification despite multiple requests for updates. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel my order within the 180-day PayPal window. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company. Take my advice and explore other options.
