    I wanna share my experience with this phone service, and honestly, it's been a nightmare. I ordered a SIM card on July 9, and here we are, well into August, and it still hasn't shown up. The whole process is just a mess—so complicated and frustrating. My son used the same service during his trip to Asia last month, and he warned me against it. I should've listened. He had issues too, and now I'm stuck in the same boat. It's really disappointing when a service can't deliver on something as simple as a SIM card. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

    Man, it's been a wild ride with this service. Almost every call I make drops, and that's with wifi on. I've spent hours chatting with online support, but it's like talking to a wall. I'm really thinking about switching to something more reliable. When I tried updating my Sim card, I did everything right, but kept getting these annoying warnings about setting an address for delivery. Support just said to ignore them. Next thing I know, I have nine new Sim cards piled up at home. It's like no one knows what's going on—or cares. It's been super frustrating and I'm just about done with it all.

If you know Hong Kong, you know its signal strength is legendary—works everywhere, even underground. But with Fonus, it was a nightmare. I attempted about 10 calls, and only 1 went through. Tried again, hoping for better luck, but it was just endless connectivity issues. After about 40 failed attempts, I gave up. Honestly, just pop into a 7/11 and grab a local sim card. It’ll save you so much hassle.

    I ordered a SIM card, and it took forever to arrive, like a whole month. When it finally showed up, I was ready to get started, paid for the first month and all. But then, the list of available numbers didn’t have the one I really needed. Their site promised you could bring your old number over, and I even double-checked with their support before buying. But nope, didn’t work out. And to top it off, they never got my service up and running, nor did they refund my money. Frustrating experience, to say the least. I can't really recommend them based on what happened to me.

    Man, what a letdown. They advertise unlimited data, but it's a joke. I hit 70GB and bam, down to 128kbps. My buddy got throttled after just 10GB! Customer service was no help either—couldn't even tell us when speeds would drop. Paying $77 CAD for this is ridiculous. Even their throttled speeds are worse than what’s out there. They claim 3G speeds in their policy, but 3G should be around 3MB/s, right? Not what we got. And when I tried to port my number out, they dragged it out, probably just to squeeze another month of payment. Wouldn’t recommend Fonus at all.

    Living in Toronto, tried Fonus and it's been a headache. Fonus uses a VOIP app that just doesn’t work well. My phone number doesn’t link with iMessage, so I can only use iMessage through my email, which is super annoying. Plus, it won’t connect to my car, meaning I can't make hands-free calls. Calls drop all the time, and the 20GB data they promise isn't enough since the app itself eats up a lot of data. The whole experience has been frustrating, and I can't rely on it for basic phone functions. Definitely not worth it.

    I ordered something from this company, thinking it would ship quickly since they claim to send out orders within 24 hours on business days. Well, it's been four business days and my order still hasn’t shipped. Not even a shipping label has been created. If they can’t stick to their own shipping policy, it really makes you question if it's worth buying from them at all. It's just frustrating to wait without any updates or reliable shipping times. Definitely not what I expected and probably won’t order from them again.

    Man, this is frustrating. I’ve been trying to get help for three days now, and nothing. Paid for a service, but it’s like they forgot I exist. My phone’s useless unless I’m at home using my own Wi-Fi. No data when I step outside, and forget about making or receiving calls. It’s like having a fancy paperweight. I just want what I paid for.     Avoid this company no matter what. I had the world unlimited max plan, and suddenly my account was closed with no warning because they claimed i used too much data. I wasn't tethering, hotspotting, or anything. I just sometimes watched videos on my phone. Now they refuse to let me transfer my number to another carrier, so they basically stole my phone number. This is so annoying. Awful company, and you only get to talk to an AI, no way to actually get any suport.

    Adequate Service and Assistance is quite fast. However, I still don’t have Call Forwarding, even though their IT team keeps saying they "are working on it." Also, they can't receive verification texts for 2 Step verification from some agencies and banks, which makes it REALLY annoyng. I've used it in Canada and the USA with varied results, but haven’t tested it in other places.

    I’ve been trying to get in touch for more than 3 days, and no one has helped me yet. There’s no support whatsoever. I paid for the service, but for over 3 days, I’ve had no updates unless I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi. Once I leave the house, I have no data, and I can’t make or receive calls!

    In Norwegen, Finnland und Schweden habe ich trotz 5G und voller Verbindung nur 0,5 Mbit/s beim Download und Upload bekommen. Seit Beginn. Also keine Reduzierung wegen der FUP. Mit der Holafly SIM konnte ich mehrere Male über 100 Mbit/s erreichen, richtig schnell und stabil.

    Since I started using Fonus a few months back, it's been pretty much worthless. I spend the beginning of each day trying to make my phone work right, often needing to uninstall and reinstall. I never had issues with Virgin Mobile. I regret choosing Fonus.
