Horrible experience
I wanna share my experience with this phone service, and honestly, it's been a nightmare. I ordered a SIM card on July 9, and here we are, well into August, and it still hasn't shown up. The whole process is just a mess—so complicated and frustrating. My son used the same service during his trip to Asia last month, and he warned me against it. I should've listened. He had issues too, and now I'm stuck in the same boat. It's really disappointing when a service can't deliver on something as simple as a SIM card. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
